Staff were nice and helpful

Our room was downgraded to a smaller one when we arrived.

This is a good place to stay if you have a large family and are visiting Bolinao. It was like having our own private place. The staff are friendly and helpful. The kids liked the bunk beds. We used the outdoor grill to cook fish.

The place is very spacious, private and quiet.

Clean room, Quiet & Peaceful, Atmosphere, they have kitchen & utensils, Can cook, Have a big fridge & microwave, Lots of trees, plants, greenery, farm animals, fruits to pick, Oh and they have a videoke machine!

There are some really nice people who take care of the property, but they are most of the time unprofessional & untrained. Does not know what a guest needs & waits for the guest to ask, although they are very helpful once you asked. The room could be much improved, but at the moment lacks > hot water, a mirror, bathroom floor mat (dangerously slippery shower floor), soap/toiletries rack.

I liked everything about it!!!

We arrived late in the evening and there were staff waiting to assist us on check in. They were very nice and helpful. The unit was spacious fully furnished and complete with utensils, clean and modernly designed. It quickly gave us the vibes of a home away from home. In the morning, the breeze of air is nice specially at the back of the unit, overlooking the green trees and land which is relaxing to the eyes. Owner was also accommodating. Recommended place to stay while in Bolinao.

Property is clean and spacious. Love the view and the surrounding areas. We haven’t explored the place as it was raining for 2 days.

It is only a suggestion, i think it would be best to have an indoor pool even the weather is not good the kids can enjoy inside.
