no heater in the room and the rooms were very cold. the air con was fixed to 23 degree and we could to change! no tea coffee sugar provided..

location is great

You pay a lot of money to stay here and some really basic things aren’t provided. No wifi, no bathroom products, no hair dryer,no tea or coffee. The ensuite shower was broken. We reported it to the real estate company on the first day we arrived - they responded at 5.31pm (clearly as they were walking out the door for the weekend)and it was ignored the entire long weekend. so we couldn’t use it. Called, and emailed throughout the weekend about this. couldn’t get through. The response from the real estate company the following week was rude- “this is not a hotel “( our expectations of the above being unrealistic in essence ). We’ve stayed at other apartments in the same complex historically and all of the amenities you would expect…. we’re provided. wouldn’t recommend the property or the inadequate service provided by the letting agency.

The Location is perfect and the apartment is very spacious and clean. We liked the modern feel.

No coffee or tea that would have been nice. No view. Shower was a little bit small. Mould growing on ceiling in front room.

Mornington Peninsula Agent didn’t email the detains for the lock box until 9pm on the day we arrived. No aircon in bedrooms and no wifi. Mould on the ceiling

everything was clean & what was advertised

it took 3 hours to gain entry as I was sent the wrong code. the remote control to access the secure car park did not work

for $500 per night I had to bring our own bedding. No dishwashing machine detergent!!
