The property is well maintained and located a short drive from Breckenridge or Frisco. Kitchen is well stocked. The hot tub was nice. You can hear the river outside or with the windows open. The property management company provided detailed communication throughout the stay.

This is a great house good location. The only thing is the pictures make it seem more secluded than it is. They are more like condos. When you’re setting in the hot tub the neighbors can actually all see you. But if that doesn’t bother you then it’s perfect!

This place was the perfect spot for our family! We were able to ski Breck twice, Keystone twice and Vail once! It was easy to get everywhere. The home itself was beautiful and perfectly appointed! If I had to say one negative thing it would be that the mattresses on the bunk bed were basically just springs. Pretty much unsleep-able. The rest of the beds were extremely comfortable!!

The property was in excellent shape, with comfortable furniture, great appliances and kitchen utensils and dishes. We loved the heated floors in the bathrooms, but did have some difficulty regulating the heat in the great room. We had great fall weather during our stay so enjoyed the hot tub and fire pit. A great way to relax after a day of hiking. We hope to return next fall!! Breckinridge offers great food and shopping!

This home worked perfectly for our group of 4 adults and 5 kids. While the home itself was beautiful, spacious and well appointed, what made it so special was being next to the river and community walking path. We were on this multiple times a day taking in the views, talking with neighbors, and tossing rocks into the river. 10/10 would stay again!

This rental is simply one of the best we've rented in Breck. Everything in the description is accurate and possibly understated. High end appliances were a nice touch and the location was simply fantastic. The sound of the river could be heard from the patio and even inside the house. I would highly recommend this rental and it will meet all your needs and expectations.

Amazing stay! Beautiful home in a beautiful area with amazing views and a quiet area! Home was just as it is in pictures. We saw mule deer and moose from our back patio. House was very clean and orderly and very well stocked with everything we needed! Property management was very helpful with any questions and the location is a convenient distance to town. We will definitely be booking here on our next trip back!

This spot is a great location with a beautiful view of the hill/mountainside, a bubbling rushing creek and even elk (if you're lucky ... which we were!)

We loved our stay! We especially enjoyed the Viking appliances and large kitchen. The river behind the home was awesome! The location is perfect…right between Breck and Frisco, Vail about 30 minutes away, and many other places. Would definitely love to come back again!!

The description was just as expected. We stayed for spring skiing with a full house and it was great. Great kitchen with all the supplies, hot tub and room to spread out. Property manager was very responsive and easy to reach. Will definitely recommend and stay again!

Very nice property 👌 it does have zoned radiant heating which is very nice but can take a little while to cool off if the thermostat is set to high. Would definitely stay here again! Hot tub 🔥😊

Wonderful stay with our kids. The hot tub was the best and the kitchen was well set up to cook at home. We loved having access to the grill. The property butts up against nature and the view is great. We even spotted 3 moose out the back window.

Great property and excellent location! We stayed here over Christmas with our 3 kids. Plenty of space and great location! Only 5-10 minutes from the slopes and 15 minutes from the bigger grocery stores to stock up. Hot tube helped aching muscles after skiing and they have everything you need to do all of your cooking on site (we didn't want to fight the restaurant crowds over the holiday). We told them we would be grilling and they even sent someone over on Christmas Eve to make sure there was enough propane in the tanks! Great place and great service!

We were all so amazed at how beautiful this property was! So completely comfortable and homey. We loved the location (in between Frisco and Breckinridge). Shopping for groceries was easy. We absolutely loved cooking in the kitchen. Lighting the fireplace every morning while we made breakfast or watched Christmas movies. We made a day of the hot tub and fire pit with snow all around us. We loved that there were humidifiers for us to use! We cannot wait to book our next trip in this home!!!

Loved this rental! Perfect for our 2families. The River in the back is unbelievable. My son fly fished every morning and night. So picturesque. The property was super clean. Management extremely attentive. Convenient to town. Loved our stay!

We asked for the door locks to get fixed but they were never fixed. So we had to move furniture around to block some doors so that the kids couldn’t go out. Great view and great house but pictures were not accurate. I have no clue where some of those pictures came from, but we would stay again

We were unable to stay at this particular property due to a leak in the roof, but the property manager reached out with multiple choices for substitutions and our switch was made with no issue at all. The new property was beautiful and perfect for what we needed. It was located just outside of Breckenridge, the house was clean, upgraded amenities (I particularly enjoyed the steam shower) and a perfect home base for our vacation. I can't recommend this property management company highly enough, they handled our situation with real professionalism. We'll see you next year!

Great stay
The house is in a great location! You can literally walk out the back to the river and watch elk on the mountainside behind the house. The house is spacious. The hot tub is a nice way to relax and unwind. We enjoyed our stay here!
