Everything! The management (Lisa & Darren) were fantastic and very helpful with a few travel hiccups which completely blew out our expected check in time. The restaurant was great, food was delicious. Our room was modern and clean with a beautiful view of the mountain. Everything about the place is brilliant!

Having a spa at the end of the day helped my aching muscles. Falls Creek Hotel are my preferred hotel for my wedding celebrations as a celebrant at PH Celebrants.

The food and service was amazing

Staff were super friendly, food and restaurant were excellent. Kids club was fantastic. Ski hire shop on site was awesome.
The shower was difficult to get right temperature - too hot or too cold

The facilities are lovely and the staff were amazing. Also, the kids club was a win for the kids. Would definitely go back.
The bunk beds weren’t very comfortable and the water pressure in the shower isn’t great.

A super place to stay even when not enough snow to ski. Friendly and inviting, the place has everything you want and nothing you don’t.
