Every thing was very clean and comfortable

If I have to mention any negative it would be that the property is a bit remote but that also makes it quiet.

The property is very tranquil and clean.

The attention to detail and the service of the staff. Everyone was so attentive to every need. The location is amazing. Property was a nice surprise. Perfect getaway.

Wifi wasnt working, but it made the visit even better as we didnt look at phones.

The bed was incredibly comfortable, the hot shower was amazing and the spa and steam room facilities were lovely. The little balcony off the room is a great addition.

The staff are laughably bad and disorganised. We were one of two couples staying there yet we often had to ask twice or three times for a simple thing... They seemed constantly lost and confused. Just trying to find out what wines they had seemed beyond their capabilities. We weren't asked when we wanted dinner, we were just asked for our orders, and while the food was tasty it was expensive. I asked for aji picante with my dinner and was told they didn't have any. Yet the next morning at breakfast it was offered up and had clearly been there the whole time. You're not allowed to take in any of your own food or face a fine of 250,000 but they don't provide basic snacks for sale. There's no sign on the front gate so finding the place is tough and while breakfast was listed at being from 7.30 when we wandered down at 8 it took us ages to find someone and then another 30 minutes after that to get a pretty basic breakfast of eggs, an arepa and fruit, as well as a bowl of sugary cereal served with yoghurt that looked radio active (I say this because the breakfast was listed as outstanding but it's your stock standard bland Colombian breakfast that is served up everywhere). All in all the communication was bad and for the price you pay per night the service should be a thousand times better.

Amazing service. Good beds. Nice food. Super private and discrete. Everything is new since november 2019. Have to visit!

Quiet...natural environment..yet close to medellin. New facilities very well laid out. I had door to pool and another to terrace. It was a large room with good light. The staff were very attentive.

Television channels not hooked up yet. Children loved the pool but not the food. Need a basic children's menu.
