Room was basic but clean and tidy. It was good value for money, The breakfast was also value for money,
It was a pity there wasnt a lift and the bathroom was small. As an old building there was nothing that could be done about that. It did not spoil our stay and both were managable.

It was dog friendly convenient staff excellent really nice to talk to helpful flexible about times. Great value especially given the financial crisis and breakfast was great.
Bed head loose t v didn’t work but think it was an Ariel issue so wasn’t a big problem.

Quite shabby, decorated poorly, stains on the quilts, bed sheets were not changed from previous guests!! Didn’t stop for breakfast, couldn’t wait to get out of there! Carpets were dirty

Breakfast was tasty. We ate at the restaurant the night before. Top food. Terrific prices. Newly refurbished. The place ought to be packed every night with food and staff like that!
Our room was yet to be renovated with new mattress but it was still comfy. The owner made us feel like old friends.

I have been charged twice for my stay and it’s getting quite difficult to get my refund back off the hotel which is very frustrating.
