This is my 2nd year renting a house and taking my adult children on vacation as their Christmas gift. The house was beautiful, plenty of space for us to be together or separate. The location is perfect. We walked to the beach (just across the street), down to the "square" where all the shops and restaurants are. The drive along the coast line is spectacular. Should we be able to this again next year I will definitely look at reserving this house again. Thank you!

The house was in a very nice location right across the street from the beach. A 10 minute walk to restaurants and shopping. The house itself was clean. However definitely bare minimum essentials. There was no extra toilet paper, paper towels, or garbage bags. I’ve never had to go buy extra of those on my other VRBO rentals. When we got there a load of towels were still in the washer. Other than that we had a nice stay.

The property was very comfortable and a great place to relax after a fun day at the beach. Great shops and bars in close proximity. Overall really happy with the property and would book again if we ever return to AMI. Thanks

This was a very nice house and just 2 houses behind from across road to beach. They provided lots of beach items we needed which helped a lot. Kitchen stocked with all we needed also. Very clean we enjoyed our stay !!

We loved the house and everything was in good working order. The elevator was so critical to us due to a few of us that could not do the stairs. There was plenty of room for the 8 of us to relax and enjoy each other. We used the pool almost every day to just chill out. My only concern at the pool was there was not a railing to assist in getting in and out of the pool (this is a safety hazzard). The short distance walk to the beach & the cart, chairs, and canopy that were provided was all that was necessary for an afternoon at the beach. We would definitely come back to this house in the future. We did have an issue with the elevator not working and in less than an hour service peope were on site to correct the problem. Thank you for prividing a great place to vacation!!!

Great place!

This part of the island was amazing! Quiet. Clean. Quick, easy beach access. A nice walk to Bridge St area and close to trolley stops for exploring the Northern part of the island/shopping.

Lovely property and the property management was great at communicating with us about an inspection that had to be made during our visit. Very convenient to the beach and the optional golf cart rental was worth it! The ONLY negative was the listing stated there would be 2 dishwasher tablets (there were none) 2 rolls of TP per bathroom (only one) and the AC was set to “unoccupied” so it would cycle off every 4 hours and get very hot. My husband was able to figure out how to override it after one night of very hot sleeping. Seems like the cleaning crew is taking any leftover supplies. We had accidentally left our frozen fish in our collapsible cooler in the freezer. My SIL remembered after about 1/2 hour and returned to find the cleaning service had dumped the frozen fish and loaded the cooler with everything else we couldn’t take with us. When confronted about the cooler, she got very mad at him for asking for its return. All in all, loved the island and the location. We will be back!

Having a private pool was a huge plus - especially when our young grandsons needed a change from the beach. We also enjoyed the front balcony - great for morning coffee and an enclosed area for the littles to play. The house had plenty of room for six adults and two children. The one con - only one bath towel and washcloth per person were provided so towels were being laundered quite often, in the end this wasn't a big problem. Another big plus - Beach cart, chairs, umbrella, beach toys, and beach towels are provided. Overall, the perfect vacation beach home for our family. Thank you for sharing it with us!

Easy to rent! Nice location to beach, bay and bridge street. Grill was very dirty my husband cleaned it so it could be used. Pool in complete shade didn’t use it. Overall enjoyed are stay!

My 2 teenage sons and I had a fabulous time at Bradenton Beach due to this amazing property we rented! The location was the best! Beach across the street and restaurants , bars and shops a 5 minute walk ! The house was very clean and huge! We definitely will be back! Make sure you rent a golf cart!

Property was perfect in everyway!!!

My husband and I fell in love with Anna Maria when we stayed here with our college aged kids and their friends for a week in May! The house is exactly like the pictures and beautifully decorated! It had everything you could need from well stocked kitchen to beach towels to boogie boards and even wagons to get everything to the beach. The location is perfect - literally a minute to the beach. Lots of great places to eat very close by. We rented a golf cart from the rental company (was parked in the garage when we arrived!) which made getting around the island very easy! We look forward to coming back!

Master bedroom is huge with large closet & bath. 3 other bedrooms are small with queen beds. 2 other baths are small but very nice & functional. Everything was clean. Beach towels & pool towels provided. 2 beach carts, pails & shovels.. 4 nice beach chairs & 1 umbrella on site. A couple more chairs & another umbrella would be nice- very intense sun in June. Beach is right across street & cars are very nice that stop to let you cross. Pool in back was a nice change from beach & enjoyed by all. Great week!

The place is in a nice location, close to beach and bay. Pool area was quite and peaceful. place was well stock with provisions etc. Would stay again.

We had 8 adults for a week in March. The house is lovely and comfortable with plenty of room for all of us. Check in was a breeze with the key code door. The large white sand beach is a very short walk away. It is across a fairly busy road but that was no problem for our group. And it’s only a two lane road and not prone to speeding. In fact the road was often backed up so the cars were generally going quite slow. The house is also walking distance to many restaurants and shops. We really only needed to drive to the grocery store. The kitchen is well stocked. Our only issue was the handheld can opener does not work and should be replaced. The porches and back yard are well shaded. The pool was wonderful and warm which was great because the Gulf was still chilly. There are wagons for pulling beach gear and lots of good quality beach chairs as well. The linen service was also a big convenience. One day we did return to find the hose filling the pool and it was overflowing into the yard. We did not turn the hose on so I’m assuming it was the pool company or owners. There was no information letting us know to expect that or perhaps I just missed it. Fortunately we caught it in time that it wasn’t a big issue. Two things worth noting about the house: the master bedroom has a double glass door to the hall with sheer curtains so not great privacy. It would be an easy fix to replace the curtains for privacy. And the pool is accessed through the garage with the living areas on the second level. You can’t see the pool from the living areas. This was not an issue for our group. Overall, I highly recommend this property.

Beautiful home close to the beach!

We had a great stay at this property. It was a very close walk to the (public) beach. We were hesitant about going to Fl during a pandemic, but we found it easy to social distance. We cooked most of our meals at the house. Most everything we needed was accounted with the exception of bowls (only 4 bowls and 7 people). We spent a lot of time at the pool which is shaded until about noon. There were 4 beach chairs, a wagon, umbrella and a variety of beach toys and floats.

This was such a wonderful vacation! The house was beautiful, clean and spacious! Perfect location to the beach and shops/restaurants! We will definitely be staying here again!!

Plenty of room for my and my brother’s family! Great amenities, beach goodies and fully loaded kitchen. Definitely would come back!
