Fantastic location, amazing house, so big, spacious, stunning gardens and the pool is great (for a few days) and the seating area relaxing and the hub of the house The kitchen is very well stocked, lots of plates, cups, great wine glass selection The garden area is amazing, well kept and would be great for young children, ours are teenagers, but still enjoyed garden games Haro the town and area is just beautiful and so much to see and do, you can walk to all the Haro Bodegas Walks into the vineyards are abundant and a must Sandra our host was friendly The 7 is for the location, area and amazing space of the house, the house on its own without location would be a 6

I think the house has so much potential if the owners would take onboard the consistent feedback from the last 3 years The amenities said fans in rooms, there were non, it took me over 4 text messages to get acknowledgement to this, and the solution took 24 hours, she was only going to bring 1 fan for 3 bedrooms, 24 hrs later she brought 2 fans after i protested, for 3 rooms (we ended up buying our own - it was 42c - and have brought it home) The pool furniture consisted of a very old rusty frayed sun bed and damaged chair (see previous comments), for 6 people. The owner did provide 1 more sunbed and 1 more chair, each costing 8 euros each (price tag still on) - but for 6 people not sufficient The pool is AMAZING, relaxing and such an asset, however like at least 2 other comments after 4 days became green and smelt very bad (it was windy so lots of leaves - but no pool tools to scoop it out - and no pool maintenance If they would (like most other villas with pools, we have stayed in so many over the years in Spain) provide mid week pool maintenance, or instructions of how to administer pool tablets, or pool vacuum - it would just make it excellent Finally whilst the decor is old and dated, the house is clean, however exception is the very old terrace furniture, it is sun perished, 1 chair was broken (not an issue as lots of chairs and tables) but my husband sat on a chair 1st night, a leg snapped after 30mins, he fell and hit his head on the tree, just needs attention It just needs a very small amount of investment to make it amazing

Great pool and garden, both needed in the heat wave we experienced, up to 39⁰ C. Lots of space for 6 people and table tennis 🏓 and billiards 🎱

Very few, old sunchairs. Worn out kitchen equipment. In general, the interior needs a brush up.

Truly like being in someone’s home; amazing space, wonderful pool and garden, the kids floor is great, it would be a fab venue for 2 families.

It is looking a little tired, but that doesn’t affect the enjoyment. It is a residential area, but the countryside so can be noisy (binmen at 6am for eg!) but this was a minor thing. it was 40 degrees while we were there, could have used a fan!!

There was a really big house with a nice garden and a swimming pool. House is good prepared for kids as there is a room for kids to play and the swimming pool. Neighbourhood was nice and quiet with a lot of space to park. If you like wine tasting there are many great vineyards in walking distance (max 20-30 minutes) in Haro. In the basement it was a barbecue and a big table to have lunch or dinner what it is typically called "Txoko".
