We especially like having the two separate compartments and the game room. We did need to have help with finding the electrical box and flipping a switch. The issue was quickly resolved. We would be most willing to stay again.

We had a great stay at this property and would highly recommend it.

Ants all over the kitchen counter and in the apartment bathroom. I texted the next day and I was told that they put an ant trap behind the coffee pot to take care of them. Proceeded to tell me that there was nothing they could do short of coming over and smashing them for us. I bought more ant traps to combat them. We kept all food off of the counter the entire stay and did not use the coffee pot. We liked the house, it was very comfortable. I wish I could say more positive things. Vacasa could have done more, but there was no attempt at all.

This was a great house for our girls beach weekend! Location was perfect with easy beach access a few blocks away, and we were even able to walk to and from Casino. The hot tub was clean and stayed at the perfect temperature. Would highly recommend staying at Wecoma Beach Retreat for a nice, relaxing weekend getaway.

I loved how cute and elegant and modern it was inside. It was perfect for a small group.

Lovely home and strives to gove you entertainment options. Hot tub was not functioning but the are refunding part of our stay. Electric issues in the kitchenette and plug ins of the back room did not work. But overall it was lovely and met our needs!! Would benefit from some extra towels.

Kids loved hot tub and game room, short walk to beach, charming neighborhood. Super fun!

This house was spotless and well maintained. Though the layout of the house is unusual, it proved to be a perfect place for the teens and adults in the group to have separate spaces to hang out. We accidentally locked ourselves outside at one point and the management company was very responsive and got us back inside quickly. A fun stay at the beach!

We had the best time at this amazing house. Very clean with everything you need for a wonderful beach vacation. Easy walk to the beach and lovely back patio with hot tub! Perfect! Can’t wait to stay here again!

This was a very comfortable and enjoyable home to stay in for a long weekend on the Oregon coast. The location was great; in a nice, quiet neighborhood and about a 5 minute walk to the beach and dog friendly which is a huge plus for us. The beds were all very comfortable; and a large game room, laundry room, and separate bedroom with its' own small kitchen area and bathroom was great for a group of 5 people. The large covered, back-patio area with the hot tub and heater was the icing on the cake and made for a great, relatively private area to relax morning and night. It is a very clean and comfortable place to stay and I would recommend to friends for sure.

Very clean and updated home. Easy walk to the beach. The game room and bedroom suite complete with its own kitchenette was more than we had anticipated. We would stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay with our two pups. Hot tub was great with the cold evenings. There was no coffee pot when we arrived and Tim, their maintenance person, brought us a brand new coffee maker right away. He was very nice. There was also a small ant problem in the studio, which we reported. Overall, it was very comfortable and we'd stay again in this quirky rental!

The furnishings in the house are high quality and everything was clean and cozy. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware, dishes, & even some basic food items which was nice. The game room was excellent and the additional refrigerator was very appreciated. The house is a quick walk to beach access and a short drive to town or to the casino if that’s your thing. (Pro tip: if you have to access anything near the casino/Safeway go west to Jetty St. then follow it around to the 40th. Turning left on 101 is a pain!) However, there were no instructions for how to operate anything or where to find things such as the laundry room and space heater for the game room. Luckily we had a group with a broad knowledge of how things work so we were able to mostly figure out the fireplace, thermostat, tv/sound system, & hot tub. Unfortunately we never could get the patio heater to work so we spent less time out there than we would have liked. Additionally the microwave and stove top in the game-room bedroom suite did not work. Oh yeah, the game-room bedroom suite…it would have been nice to know in advance that it was only possible to access it by walking outside. Last, the roof is leaking in multiple places. There is a tarp covering the roof, but it does little good. There is some signage in the game room that points out the leaky roof in there, but we found leaks in the bathroom of that addition, and in the laundry room as well.

Loved the set up and the details, thank you for supplying us with plenty to cook with, clean with. Appreciated having the back space to ourselves. Game room and hot tub were just bonuses to the comfort and cozy that is offered here. The renovations and updating don’t go un-noticed here, someone has taken the time and money and made this place a great little vacation spot. The neighborhood is quiet and calm. Thanks

This house was small but beautiful. The 3rd bedroom was attached to the house but had a separate entrance. Was like a little apartment, super cute. There were a few minor issues we found when we arrived but I messaged the management company and they were very fast to respond and address the issues. We were very pleased with our stay.

Problem finding and unlocking lockbox of key. Found that one bedroom was a studio with separate outdoor entrance. Only had one key that worked , but maintenance man provided an extra. Porch light was burned out. One bedroom was missing the overhead light/ fan remote control. The place was well stocked with personal items and kitchen necessities.

Great game room for kids-90. So close to beach. Hot tub a hit.

The house was clean and cozy. The mother in law suit was very nice and comfortable.

We had a relaxing time. The house wasn’t really clean. The hot tub was dirty with sand (which I kinda expect) and hair. The back bedroom bathroom broke on my daughters boyfriend as he was trying to shower. The front bathroom bathtub looked like it hasn’t been cleaned for a minute. But it didn’t ruin our vacation. What really brothered me was people kept showing up to do work on the grounds of the house and wanted access to the game room.

This place was perfect for us! We stayed with another couple and the extra apartment was perfect! We had our own spaces but were still in the same house. Hot tub and patio were outstanding! Laundry and game room were perfect for our young family. Kitchen was amazing! This is a great place to stay!

Smaller than pictures showed and there was a few things expired like water filter in fridge and the hot tub needed to be cleaned and new water. Other than that we loved our stay. Thank you

Great place with lots to do when it was raining, which was most of the time. The game room was great. We were very satisfied with about everything about the rental. One small thing: the plugs in the detached bedroom's bathroom need some attention. Overall it was just what we needed.

The house is great if you want your own space with your dog! Some of the hot tub jets did not work. Also the microwave in the addition house did not work. The location is great and just a short walk to the beach! Back roads to the casino, no need to get on 101! We had a great stay overall and would rent this for a weekend get away again!
