Exceptional good

I liked the modern and high-quality design of the apartment. All necessary accessories. There are parking spaces near the house. Clean spacious bathroom with heated floors. Separate work desk for computer. The windows are into the inner yard. Great value for money. Also friendly owner.

Cutlery set could be newer (it would suffice to buy a set from IKEA)

- Price point. Unbeatable. - Very well equipped kitchen for such a small area. - Bathtub - Ideal for a 'workation' for a single person.

- Balcony might benefit from a refurbishment.

Everything else was great, apartment had all the necessary commodities you could need: flat screen tv, oven, bathtub, iron, washing machine, oven, cutlery, etc.. Free street parking was available with plenty spots. Although apartment is near harbour, sound isolation is good and windows direction is into inner yard, so it's not noisy. Check in procedure was very smooth and contactless.

Extremely hot heating floor and radiator in the bathroom, which you can't turn off: would be great during winter, but when there is 30°+ C outside, additional heat sources are really unnecessary and you can accidentally burn your self with the radiator.

Its good place, I'm recommend.

Very well furnished studio. In fact I'm borrowing couple of ideas for my house interior from this studio. From outside, a relatively old building but the inside of this apartment was very modern. We just missed a microwave and electric kettle, although there's a kettle to be used with gas. Parking was easily available on the nearest street.

The cleanness

The host did not reply to my calls once I checked in, fortunately it did not affect me much since the main issues had been discussed in advance.
