Our family rented the home and a boat from Lake Lanier luxury boat rentals earlier this month. The home was perfect for the four of us! Gorgeous lake view from every room! Our only frustration with the property that could use improvement was the boat dock. It is significantly in need of repair – loose planks where the boat cleats are located - not safe. Also, some of the outdoor lighting leading down to the boat dock or not working properly. If those things were fixed, this would be a five star review all around!

We stayed for a long weekend. The house was amazing and the views of the lake were even better. The location is really close to restaurants and shopping. Highly recommend for a quiet getaway.

This property was fantastic and well equipped. There were lots of extras (floats, games, kayak) included. The entire yard was usable- the yards can be so steep. We enjoyed the lake and it was close to amicalola falls/river. There was a big shopping plaza 10 minutes away for groceries/restaurants. A really serene spot overall.

This lake home was everything expected!! Floating in the lake was so refreshing and the sunsets were amazing, and we took advantage of all the amenities!
The inside of the house was very clean. The only reason I gave a 4 for cleanliness was due to the outdoor furniture, decks and boat dock. I do realize this happens on lake homes but due to the spiders ants and webs, it hadn’t been done in a while.

Our stay here went perfectly! Location was great, LOVED the layout of the house and additional apartment. The host was super simple to communicate with, and even had the house ready for checkin a couple hours early!

The stay we had here was absolutely great. Was in town working and to come home after to the house was very relaxing and calm. Will definitely share this stay with everyone I know.

Overall we loved the place. We read the information book and there were specific action items to follow upon checkout such as pulling the sheets and other items which is ok but would be great to post on the listing.

We had a great time! The host was very clear with instructions and quick to respond to any questions or concerns. The hot tub deck, the upper level of the dock, and the living room/kitchen area views were our favorite spots. Perfect spot for relaxing/getting away with your girlfriends.

This house was beautiful. Everything was included just as stated in the description. The only thing we would have liked were gates up on the stairs for moving toddlers.

The property was as advertised, and had everything we needed. Driveway and parking were easy and enough space for a large truck. Bunk area was great! Owner was very responsive and easy to reach. We didn’t have any issues while on property. View was awesome from all decks, and there were many decks and different views. Loved it, and appreciated them sharing their lake home!

Great view of the lake. Very nice place. We celebrated our teenage son's birthday. Downstairs was perfect for he and his friends to have their own room/area with deck and hot tub. Upstairs levels were great for adults - nice master and big bathrooms.

This property has a great view of the lake from multiple decks overlooking the lake. The hot tub was great to relax in the evening. Good location for boating, all around nice house and location.

My friends and I had a great weekend at this property! There was plenty of room for the 8 of us, easy access to the water, and everything you could need in the kitchen. The hot tub was awesome as well as the bath tub on the Main Deck. A few of us love doing puzzles and there were a couple hanging around in the living room. No complaints, would stay again and would recommend.

Beautiful Home! We had everything we needed and were able to just relax. Great communication was a plus. Kitchen has everything you need. Rooms and restrooms are well appointed. Kids took over the second floor bedroom and bunk loft (that sleeps 4) and couldn’t have been happier. Nice dock we used to dock our boat and tie up our inflatables for the stay, We can’t wait to visit again!

We stayed here for a guys trip to celebrate Father's Day. The house was perfect for our group with beds for everyone. It was super clean and very comfortable. The deck was awesome and the dock was great too. We brought a couple of our boats and were able to dock them very easily. This house would be great for families as well. We will be back!

House is set up for families and privacy for everyone. Enjoyed the hot tub, kayak and relaxing on the decks. Would recommend this house. Sherry the property manager was wonderful and checked in multiple times making sure we were happy.

Had a nice time. The kitchen and home was very well equipped. Jacuzzi was great and easy to use. A family friend brought his boat. We enjoyed tanning on the deck at the dock.

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was immaculate and had everything we needed. The hot tub and gas fire feature made the evenings extra incredible overlooking the lake. This house feels isolated and private but you're minutes from so many restaurants and great shopping.

This is a highly functional vacation property for family gatherings. The house has multiple zones for family clusters and privacy. The view is stunning and the property is well maintained. The property manager is extremely responsive. Highly recommend.

We rented this cabin for the groomsmen at my sons wedding. They had a wonderful time. There was ample room and the location was easy to access. It was only 6 minutes to shopping which was awesome but felt very secluded and quiet. Check-in was easy and communication from Shari was great!

Great house top to bottom, the hot tub and the dock we’re a huge positive. Great location, both on and off the lake- also if you’re into beer & wine- you should definitely visit Wolf Mountain Winery and NoFu Brewery.

Beautiful house on a private cove. We have stayed at a house on Lake Lanier the last 6 years and this was our favorite house we’ve stayed at. Great location, quiet, close to restaurants and marina’s. Would definitely recommend.

Me and a few friends from out of town all met up here to hangout for the weekend. It is a nice house with plenty of room for the 6 of us and had all the accessories we needed outside of a boat that we could use. The house is situated nicely on the lake, but took us 45min-hour to get to places like a Braves baseball game, Lanier Island, ect. Still had grocery store and restaurants near by though so that was nice.

This house was perfect two families with children. The view was impeccable and the home was close to everything. We were able to get two boats tied up on the dock with plenty of room to swim and float around the cove. The host had a handful of floats and yard games to compliment the water. Highly recommend!

Was a very enjoyable trip with lots to do! We brought our own boat and had a great week fishing, tubing, and skiing! The dock was perfect for easy in and out. Great views from the property and the hot tub was a nice touch. Would certainly recommend for a relaxing trip on the water!
