We loved the location of this condo, with its wonderful view of Lake Dillon. Spent a lot of time on the patio! Even though nighttime temperatures were in the 40’s and we had windows open, we needed the portable fans available, otherwise too warm to sleep! Be prepared to climb 3 floors of stairs. Very comfortable! The lock was tricky and required a maintenance man to show us how it worked. Not intuitive. We would definitely come back!

Went out to see show at Dillon Amphitheater and location of Condo was so convenient, a simple walk across the street. Beautiful view of the lake, people watching from our deck, walking to any and all Dillon restaurants, outstanding trip!!!! Condo was well equipped and comfortable, painless experience checking in and locating unit. Absolutely coming back for snowboarding trip!!!!

We enjoyed our time snowboarding in Keystone. This rental was a cozy, great place to come back to and relax.

We enjoyed our stay. The kitchen was stocked with tools to whip up anything we wanted. The wood burning fireplace was a lovely perk. We were pleasantly surprised how big the condo was. Would recommend this for anyone looking to enjoy Lake Dillon in the summer or skiing in the winter because the location was so convenient. We could walk to a few spots to eat & drink, and the grocery store was very close!

This was a great place to stay for a short ski weekend. Hot tub was a a short walk and the condo had everything we needed except firewood for the fireplace.

If you’re looking to see a show at the amphitheater you can’t get much better than this location. You can hear everything very well from the balcony, you can’t really see the stage from the balcony because the view is kind of the side/back of the stage. Beautiful view of Lake Dillon as well. Place is nicely updated

To start, I was contacted 1 week prior to our arrival and had to reselect another condo. Apparently maint had to be done on the condo I had selected 2 months prior. The reselected another , Condo was dirty. Carpet in all the rooms had big stains on them in every room. All of the mattresses in the 3 bedrooms were sagging pretty badly, box springs were broken. Found multiple empty bottles of beer and Gatorade under the bunk bed. I called the property management co right away and expressed my unhappiness with this condo. Floor tile in kitchen was cut short leaving a large gap. Barstools were falling apart. Livingroom furniture was horrible so broken and lumpy. I was so upset I took photos of all the issues related to this condo I was so disappointed. My family was with me so we did have a wonderful time out in the community. Please beware when renting from itrips. If anyone would like to see the photos I still have them. Very disappointed client!!!!!

We had a really nice 4 nights here with our family of 4. The roomy balcony with the fantastic lake view was a highlight. Beds were comfortable and everything was clean. Will stay here again!

Just a little too hot for us with no AC so we left a night early. There was a half eaten cookie under the couch that my toddler found, a dishwasher that wasn’t emptied from previous guests and a broken glass in the cupboard

Perfect location for a weekend trip to see a couple shows at Dillon Ampitheater

This unit overlooks Lake Dillon with a gorgeous mountain backdrop. We were lucky enough to be there while a concert was happening and enjoyed picking up dinner from across the street and kicking back on the patio to listen to the tunes. We loved that it was in an area that we could step outside and hit a path around the lake or hop in the car and easily get to bigger trails. The area was very quiet and peaceful at night.

Very nice, newly remodeled condo. Furnished with fans which helped on the unusually hot days we were there. Right across the street from the amphitheater which has a lot of offerings in the summer. Think about bringing lawn chairs to use at the amphitheater if you're driving :) Loved walking to the farmers market along the lake. Beds super comfy. Great location, pretty condo!

Loved our time in Summit County at this fabulous condo. The views were amazing and the location was excellent. We could walk to restaurants, the lake and nature paths surrounding the area. We were minutes from all the area ski resorts and could not have asked for a better home away from home! Will definitely look to stay here again!

Very good location. Enjoyed the view, ice on the reservoir and walking distance to restaurants. Very nice gas grill. Can imagine it’s a great spot in the summer; right in the heart of the action.
