This is just simply an amazing condo rental experience! Not only is the condo furnished with tasteful decor but it is set up with EVERYTHING you may need for an awesome vacation. I mean, beach chairs/umbrellas/floaties all the way down to coffee supplies, ziplock bags, spices, and every kitchen gadget you could ask for! Totes with first aid, toiletries, swim stuff with “Take some/leave some” labeled on them. The view off the lanai is incredible, we saw incredible sunsets every night and whales jumping as well as sea turtles swimming right by the shoreline. Very quiet and beautiful complex, we felt very safe there. Multiple restaurants, coffee shops, drugstore, etc within less than a mile. Loved loved loved this vacation, Cynthia was a wonderful host!

I highly recommend this place - ocean view is magnificent, owner is extremely responsive, beds are very comfortable, and the location is great - a short walk to the Sheraton Beach, very close to Poipu beach and all activities in Poipu. We LOVED our trip! The condo was beautiful, clean, and in the perfect location for our family. Being able to walk to restaurants, shops, and the beach was key. We were also able to watch the sea turtles swim in the cove from our balcony! Cynthia was wonderful to work with and we really appreciated all of the information she provided before our arrival. We will absolutely stay here again the next time we visit Kaua’i.

We were so impressed by the cleanliness and comfort of the condo. The pool was amazing and the beaches were a quick walk or drive away. I have rented quite a few condos/houses and this by far was the best! Looking forward to returning.

We spent most of our time on the lanai taking it all in, starting with watching the sun light up the waves as we drank our morning coffee, and ending with the gorgeous sunsets sipping a glass of wine. Cynthia has created a lovely home. We had everything we could ever need to spend time on the beach and to stay home and cook delicious dinners with local fish and produce. The location was just right. We were away from the hustle and bustle, yet it was a short walk to the Sheraton and Poipu beach to the east and to the stores and restaurants a couple of blocks west . Then we returned to the air conditioned condo - August in Kauai is humid and you need air. The kitchen is fully stocked and we were able to cook for ourselves (after a stop at Costco). Needless to say we loved every minute of our vacation.

Very comfortable beds that we fell into each night after kayaking, snorkeling, tubing and running all close to home. Never missed a day of cooling off in the beautiful pool that made neighbors jealous! Hope to visit again!

Four of us, two couples, stayed in Alihi Lani, Unit 4, and it was amazing. We were upstairs and the lanai/balcony included a table and chairs - where we ate daily, along with plenty of regular seating. The views of the ocean and turtles were incredible. You could walk to the Sheraton and their beach is public, very nice! The air conditioning was a plus, but most days did not require it. In the evenings, we just kept the sliding doors open and ceiling fans on for the perfect sleeping weather. We could hear the ocean and wake up to the birds singing. The kitchen was very well equipped and the bathrooms were fine. The beds were comfy and the linens very nice, as well. Full sized washer/dryer was a real bonus. The pool and BBQs made our stay the perfect relaxing getaway! The four of us decided to book again for next year, and already have a reservation at Alihi Lani for 2019!!!

This is the best rental we have ever experienced. It is furnished beautifully and comfortably. All the dishes, accessories and kitchen tools are high-end and classy. Many extras are provided that made our stay so nice. The location is perfect. The lanai was our happy place.

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely oceanside condo. The condo was extremely well equipped: the kitchen had everything we needed and all the appliances were up to date and tableware was unique and very nice; the bathrooms were also well equipped with dryers and makeup mirrors. The decor was tasteful with tranquil color scheme and local art. The view was spectacular and we enjoyed whale watching with coffee in the morning and with a glass of wine in the evenings. The beach equipment including beach towels was very useful also. Location was very nice: near the best snorkeling at Koloa Landing boat ramp and close to drugstore, gourmet market and many decent restaurants. We hope to return soon!

We were very pleased with the condo. Our view from the lanai was outstanding. We spent many evenings on the lanai just enjoying the view. Especially liked that there are only 6 units. Makes it feel more homey. The condo is very nicely furnished and kept very clean. The rooms are comfortable. I would definitely stay there again if I go back to Kauai.

First, we have to start with the view, although what I really want to say it that this is the best supplied rental I've ever seen. The view is truly special, although to be fair there is a road in between the unit and the water, which is well traveled. From the balcony we saw dolphins pods frolicking, humpback whales spouting and oh my stars! I've never seen stars on the horizon before, it's that dark out there! And you'll see the Milky Way, it's truly astounding at night! Now back to the unit, this owner truly thinks of every need! You walk in to find gentle Hawaiian music welcoming you, a kitchen stocked with coffee and every condiment you might want, and bathrooms supplied with every necessity. The sheets are silky soft which along with the sound of the ocean allow for a very restful nights sleep. The only issue was the air conditioning, which worked fine for me, but the owner requests that you don't go below 72 and my husband needs to have it freezing cold at night to sleep, so it was a bit warm for him. There were no ocean breezes blowing and the fan just makes him clammy, so I think for people sensitive to heat this might be an issue, but for me I was fine and actually turned my air conditioner off at night because it was too cold. The dual zone air conditioning is key. Neighbors are neighbors everywhere, but mostly ours were quiet during our stay. You'll get some local color with the kids that line up to see the sunset and fish from the rocks. Easy walk to the restaurants at the Sheraton resort, and follow the suggestions the owner provides in the booklet, she's very honest and spot on! I missed this place as soon as we left so spend some time on that balcony for me!

This is probably the best rental I have ever stayed in. There was not one comfort overlooked, from the quality of the paper products, to the provided binoculars and book reading lights by the bedside. Thank you for all the amazing scenes we saw from the lanai to the beautiful furnishings of your home. We enjoyed every minute being there. We also went through your list of recommendations of restaurants and loved all of them. Mahalo! We will be back.

We absolutely loved our stay in this amazing condo, and we can't wait to visit again! The interior is gorgeous and has everything you would ever need during a vacation. The beds were super comfortable, and the living area easily accommodated our family of four. The over sized balcony area felt like a whole separate outdoor room! We really enjoyed eating on the balcony and watching the sea turtles. We'll be back for sure!

We loved this place! It was so peaceful that you could enjoy the sound of the ocean throughout the night. It was close to everything. It was very well kept and had everything we needed. We especially enjoyed watching the many sea turtles from our balcony with the provided binoculars. We hope to return!

We went to Kauai for our second time this year and decided to go to Cynthia's condo, based on the excellent reviews. It is a beautiful place. The balcony has comfy furniture and a fan, beautiful views. We were up close to the water and my 5 year old daughter and I would count turtles every morning. Each room has an air conditioner and a TV. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots/pans/utensils/condiments. Most importantly there was coffee AND FILTERS !! We always forget filters when we stay in a vacation rental. Cynthia has beach chairs, towels and boogie boards ready to go, my daughter used everything in the unit. The laundry machines were also well used. Walking distance to the Sheraton beach, you have to drive to Brennake's beach if you have a child.

Everything was as advertised or better during our stay. Cynthia really has thought of everything to make your visit relaxing and enjoyable. The accommodations are beautiful, the condo is blissfully quiet, and the island itself is fabulous. We definitely plan to come back.
