The property was accurately described in the listing. The location of the property provides privacy but great access to the lake from many different areas. The house was well stocked with most everything needed. Will keep this property on the list for future trips and recommend to others.

The place is very well kept and is extremely nice! The house is around 200 yards from the lake! The house was built vertical, so there is stairs to climb. Overall, the home is amazing! The view of the lake is beautiful. Just if elderly is with you, be prepared to walk some stairs.

5 adults and 5 children stayed here - Lots of space for all!! Enjoyed sitting on patio each morning drinking coffee. Easy access to beach/swim area. We rented spot 16 in Preston Bend campground - perfect. Will definitely go back with the group!!

This home was spacious with beautiful views and easy quick access to the lake. The property has a lot of activities and supplies provided for your party to just relax and enjoy without worrying about activities or things to do. My family and friends had a amazing time here over the weekend, and the property manager/ owner were very quick & kind with their responses to any inquiries and questions!

This house was very clean and spacious. It is tucked back in a secluded, quiet area. Lots of beautiful trees.

Walking distance to the lake and beach. Views of the lake are seen all through the home. Our little ones thought the volleyball area was a big sand box and had a blast. My grandson claimed the room on the 4th floor. Views from there are amazing. Perfect place for a family to get together.

This lake house/ location was truly perfect. We had an age range of kids with us 8 months- 12 years old and was looking for something close to go hang out at the lake, but also close enough to walk home when needed. This place was perfect. We enjoyed the full wrap around patios, fire pit, and volleyball court! Great place

My family has been going to Lake Texoma 20 years fishing - we have stayed at several different places - as the family has grown, we choose this year the Tree Top Lake View Home - was very excited about the location and being able to enjoy with family - all was good about the check in - The Host was nice and easy to communicate with upon arrival - I did text the host some issued we had with the home upon arrival. A few days after our stay is when it went wrong for me - all the sudden VRBO is charging me additional funds saying we broke things in the home, left a lot of trash and had too many guests on property. The day the host came to property the guests was not an issue - the host and I discussed on the porch about my weekend plan and that I also had the two cabins rented up front for my guests. Then the host sent a note saying the additional funds was for trash bags and laundry detergent and a destroyed tether ball. Not sure what to think - we did laundry due to not enough towels for a 4 day stay on a raining weekend and used trash bags that were left under the sink. If the supplies were not to be used - then #1 don't leave them or #2 have it posted on what qty should be used. We even did the towels when we left so the clean crew would not have too. On the destroyed tether ball - it was already in very bad condition - very worn and tethered. So, the lesson on that is don't use anything worn out. You will be responsible.
