The room was very nice with very good view of the sea and a pool on the room. The location and the way the hotel is build in the hill is incredible. All the restaurants are very good and serve nice food. The stuff was very cheerful. The bitch was incredible!

On the first day we ran into some issues. Lovely reception staff, but that couldn't be said for the restaurant staff. The Italian chef was very rude when we requested wine that was included in our package. And this was when we first arrived. Reception was a little backed up so our welcome staff told us we could wait at the restaurant and grab something to eat. I'm he chef + waiter took our order. His English was not very good so he asked me to personally go back to reception to confirm we were staying at the hotel. Not a 5 star experience. I did and then they didn't know why, so I went back to the restaurant. Chef + waiter guy then took our order. By the time this all happened, they closed the kitchen so we ended with nothing. The chef was particularly condescending and just not a nice character.

Hotel exceeded our expectations. Hotel staff was super-super friendly and we were supported and taken care of every day. We saw some negative comments about food choices, however we totally disagree with that, as food was very delicious and variety of food was more than enough. My wife had birthday during our stay and we received complimentary gifts. We are very grateful for that! The hotel is located a bit on a hill, however there are golf cars which took us uphill and downhill upon our request. The beach is clean, a lot of space to sunbath + there is a bar on a beach with a different drinks/cocktails and also there is always a fridge with grab&go snacks. So we were never hungry. I would come back here for sure in the future!

Tired and dated, not 5* luxury in my opinion

The room was amazing, we took the suit with the private and bigger swim for our hoonymoon. I must mention the surprise they made for us with decorated the room with roses, my wife was so excited and happy from it. The food is wonderfull in each 4 resteraunts, and the view from all of them is terrific that help to relax and enjoy the place even more. They have many kinds of cocktails and great local wines all the day that you can't resist to it. In addion, we used the spa for massage that was amazing. I don't remember all the names of the stuff, except Anna-Marie who welcomed us, but all of them were always with smile and intent to make our vaction the best. We wished to be more time then what we had, but we definitely recommend it and return again.

Great location, spacious rooms, wonderful view from every corner of the hotel

1. Though all inclusive, the food is hardly "special" or "delightful" but rather ordinary. Also it is not diverse and if you are a bit "picky" then you might find yourself not eating too much. 2. The hotel has many restaurants to choose from and some need reservations. When we came to reserve (on the first day of our stay) we were told that the restaurants are overbooked for a week in advance... meaning we could only eat at the main "default" restaurant. 3. The hotel, as many others are at that area, is situated on a cliff and every time we needed to go down from our room to the main area we needed to call the reception and ask for a pickup. Same for the way back. This is a bit unpleasant and annoying and when you need to get somewhere fast you could end up waiting for the pickup some time...

I don’t think we’d have stayed if we didn’t have cool living, sun beds were always taken and service on food and drink was awful! very understaffed which is a shame.

My recent stay at Domes Aulus Elounda Hotel was absolutely incredible. The staff, especially Despina from the reception, went above and beyond to make our experience unforgettable. The suite with a shared pool offered a breathtaking view of the Mediterranean Sea, and the luxurious amenities made us feel like royalty. The exceptional food and hospitality throughout our stay made us feel pampered and truly special. I highly recommend Domes Aulus Elounda Hotel to anyone seeking a luxurious and memorable getaway.

My only recommendation is to order in advance places in the restaurants so you can enjoy all the options.

Hello, I want to tell you about my disaster: my husband and me booked our honeymoon here last October 2022. Unfortunately I got a thrombosis in my head and had to stay in the hospital last year. I have a doctor rapport that confirms that I was sick during that time. I have to admit that I tried to find a solution with the hotel so hard (e.g. that we come later, but there were no flight. Or that other persons take this room). But in the end we couldn’t come due to illness and I had to cancel last minute. We paid 2.400€ for this hotel and we got nothing back, although we didn’t eat e.g the all inclusive food. This year I contacted the hotel again, because we really want to make our honeymoon! I don’t want my money back, I gave them the chance that we just come this year. They gave me an offer for more than 4.000€… I was so super sad, because they don’t consider that we already paid them last year so much money. Booking.com tried to help me and contacted two times this hotel in order to find a solution. They were also very sad about my situation. But this hotel declined everything. Now we are trying to find something for our honeymoon, but we lost 2.400€ and that’s due to illness. I’m really disappointed. I don’t recommend this hotel. Best regards from Germany!

The staff was amazing and very friendly. Special recognition to Eva, Maria and Emanuel. Eva was super nice and provided the best attention to make this vacation great.

We stayed in Sapphire Zen Suit with Whirpool. Hotel location was very good. Shuttle service was very helpfull (whenever we called, they came and picked us) The views at Cool Living area and in the room were amazing. People (especially Efi in Greco Levante) and services in A La Carte restaurants were very nice. Good brands of alcohol and non-alcoholic drinks. The barmen Anastasia in Lobby Bar was very good and professional. Check in and check out was very quick and staffs were friendly.

Service in Cool Living area during the day wasn't attractive. Variety and quality of foods at breakfast and snacks weren't good. Lady serving at the bar during the day doesn't seem like experienced. That's why we went to main bar instead of spending time at Cool Living. I recommend hotel management to give more attention to Cool Living area (quality&variety of foods and services) that should match with concept. Bar at the beach was very small. Having drinks in cartoon caps wasn't really nice.

I had an exceptional experience at Domes Aulus Elounda. The staff exhibited an exemplary level of helpfulness and friendliness throughout my stay. beautiful location and views

The breakfast was good and rich, sushi nights are the best with lots of fresh fish. The bar is well equipped and the bartenders are skilled, making us perfect cocktails all day long :) The staff is amazing, Menolius, Yanis, Andreas, and all the rest. High-quality hotel, with great facilities. Can't wait to be back!

I think a bit more chicken/meat in the meals could be an upgrade. A chicken breast with fires by the pool is always a good choice. In addition, I was a bit surprised that there weren't any grilled fish dishes. It is Greece after all :)

The property is beautiful with exceptional views

Maintenance was called to my room typically twice per day for ac and electrical issues. This is not solo friendly. Even though all-inclusive, couples were addressed and waited on before me. The buffet was mediocre, at best. The main bar closed at 6 pm Friday through Monday. The weather wasn’t good for the outdoor bar opening those days, so there was no place to eat or drink other than the buffet. The spa and fitness center unorganized. The manager requested a meeting regarding electrical issues and tried to tell me I should have requested a room change - no, they should have offered. Can not recommend this property until they get straightened out.
