The room is big enough and good proximity
There is no microwave to heat up food, I hope the owner of the property take it to account. Also it’s difficult to enter the property for the first time. I called the owner but he didn’t answer me which was disappointing so I had to wait for long hours for a resident to open the main gate of the house before I got access to the room

Great location, nice clean modern space and beautiful terrace view, we didn't spend a long time in the apartment but it was just right for a short stay...the price was beyond fair
The dishes weren't thoroughly washed so we had to wash them before using, and there was a problem with the door so even with the password we got we couldn't get into the apartment for an hour until the host told us about the spare key...it was quite uncomfrotable waiting for his responce so I hope they get it fixed soon

Apartment is good, everything that you need fit short stay. Location is great, close to grocery and coffee bars, restaurants.

Very close to transport, into the city in under ten minutes, local shops.
The apartment is on a quiet road.
Clean and comfortable, well stocked with necessities too.
Host made contact to ensure we were ok and if we needed anything, very kind.
Perhaps a few more sleeping pillows, not major though.
Otherwise all really good and an enjoyable stay .

It's very close to everything you can need. Walk to Center is few minutes. Host was there for us whatever we needed.

The apartment was perfect. It’s easy to check in ans located in a good neighborhood. The Tram station is nearby too. It was pleasant stay.

The host is very nice! The couch was not very comfortable for sleeping, so I would travel with one other person next time. But I still enjoyed my stay!

Wonderful back yard with bird's songs for a good morning.
The location is so good.
Near to center and good connection with the public transport. Easy to come from the airport.
Nils was so kind - there is wine, bio coffee and jelly bears!
There is all for your best weekend at Dortmund.
We'll be back again in Nils's home.

we liked absolutely everything. The apartment has everything you need, from dishes to speakers and a TV with netflix. Very cozy apartment, cool shower. the center can be reached on foot in 20 minutes, the metro station is very close. the area is very calm
it's hard to talk about it. but I think we didn't like the light in the room. the rooms are very dark, only the bathroom is bright

The room was full of hairs everywhere. We had to clean for about 2 hours, and still were afraid to touch the things around that were also full of dust. First think to do when we got inside the room, was visiting the s/m for chlorine....

Great service from the host both before and after our stay. The apartment was specious and nice, got everything you need for a great weekend stay. Easy access to the apartment upon arrival, just needed a code to get in that was provided upfront from the host. The apartment is a short walk from the city center, location was good and easy to park just outside of the apartment.
