We had 18 people ranging from 1 year old to 67 years old. The property was perfect for all of us. The 2nd floor has the best set up for groups of our size that we've ever seen in a rental property -- huge well-stocked kitchen, large dining table, very big wraparound sofa. And the decks were great too. One detail to recognize is that there are 7 bedrooms with baths attached. The other two sleeping areas are dens, each with a double pullout couch (one on 2nd floor the other on third floor). Second floor den is next door to the only bathroom that isn't in a bedroom. Third floor den has to use that same second floor bathroom. It wasn't a problem for our group at all. The pullout sofas are comfortable. Samantha, the property manager, was easily accessible.

This is the second time we have stayed at this home. The first time it was great. Sadly, our second visit was plagued by problems resulting from the lack of upkeep of this property. A short list includes: Broken pool gate, Outdoor deck lighting smashed with exposed wiring, broken pool furniture and old linens and stained towels, front door that wouldn't lock, a leak in sitting room ceiling. I could go on but I'm sure you get the point. We would love to return someday But would need proof of maintenance. We were given the excuse that it was the end of the season. Seems odd, but we paid the full seasonal rate.

I couldn’t have been more pleased with everything.

The house was large enough to accommodate our big group. Eight of the bedrooms had an en suite bathroom which was perfect for our adults only group. The beds and furniture were comfortable. The elevator and heated pool were a real bonus! The kitchen was well equipped with two of each of the appliances. Proximity to the beach was great! We did have some issues during our stay but the property manager Samantha was always available, responded quickly and did her best to address the problems.

We love the property as well as the property manger. It was VRBO I was not happy with. I did not receive the door code and I didn't feel VRBO help us. VRBO said they would put us in a motel but we had 22 people with cars full of food and a grocery order coming that evening and VRBO didn't seem to care. I felt VRBO could of done more to help the situation. The owner and property manager helped which made our stay wonderful.

well kept house , close to the beach. We've been visiting Delaware for about 20 years. hope to be back next year.

Perfect home for a large group, love that every bedroom has its own bathroom. Location to the beach is perfect. House manager was fantastic! We had a few issues that were quickly resolved, Samantha quickly responded to all our questions. Will return!

This is a great property for a large group. There is plenty of space to gather and plenty of space if you need some quiet time. The fact that each bedroom has its own bathroom is a great feature. We loved having the pool as an option for the kids and when the weather was chilly, they adjusted the heat so that the kids could swim without complaint. Highly recommend and would certainly rent again.

This house was great for our large family and friends. It was large enough that we all had our own space and the location was perfect. We would go back again! Thank you!

This was a great property for our group of fun over 65ers. This kitchen has the best design and appliances any cook could want. It was perfect as we like to cook together. Proximity to the beach was key as was the fabulous pool. Would highly recommend.

22 of us. Plenty of room, plenty of kitchen, plenty of dining space great pool for the kids. Samantha the property manager is A plus responsive.

This is a great house for a large family or group. All of the bedrooms are good. Several refrigerators, freezers, dishwashers and washer/dryers. Pool is terrific. Great air conditioning. Comfortable mattresses. If you are picky, it would be best to bring your own linens, blankets and pillows.

The proximity to the beach, the views from both decks, the room sizes, the well equipped kitchen with multiple refrigerators and cooking utensils make this an ideal house for a large family gathering . The house manager Samantha was a pleasure to work with and extremely helpful. The house is located about a 8 minute walk to Dewey's man drag and a 1 mile walk to Reheboth center of the boardwalk. If you have a dog less than 50 lbs, bring it as the beach is the best dog park early morning unitl 10 AM and after 5 PM. We had a great time!!!

This is a lovely rental property that answers the needs of many. We had a great time and enjoyed all this location and home had to offer. My only issue was the level of cleanliness. The property manager was very responsive to our feedback and requests and we stepped up to clean where needed. These rentals need a little TLC from time to time and as long as the owner/manager continue to maintain this property, this place is perfect for a large group, family gathering, or an escape for couples!

We enjoyed every second of our vacation. This was by far the best location we’ve had for our annual family/friends trip. With 4 families with 2+ kids each, this house had plenty to do, plenty of space, and was the perfect combo of comfort and fun. It’ll be hard to top the pool and ping pong table!

10 Chicago is a well appointed home that accommodates a large family. Steps from the beach with a pool too - something for everyone!

This was a great house in a fantastic location. Short walk to the beach and restaurants nearby. The floors were a bit dirty when we arrived due to a broken vacuum cleaner, however the property manager quickly corrected the problem by bringing a new vacuum, vacuuming the floors and rechecking the cleanliness of the whole house. We would definitely stay in this property again.

House is big and a great set up for a large group with kids. Pack n play fits perfectly in the walk in closets. Plenty of space. We loved how close it was to the beach. Rental management company was wonderful, sending helpful check in and properly information, and was available for any questions throughout our stay. Cleaning company did an ok job (ie could have done better). Thanks again!

Fantastic location … beach was not super packed and walk to Dewey was enjoyable. House has a great balance of living space to all be together along with sufficient deck space and private bedrooms/baths. First time renting property with pool… it was a huge hit for kids and adults. Hope to return!

This spacious house has everything needed for a great vacation. Steps to the beach, the pool, the lovely porches w views of the ocean and of course the comfy porch furniture. I truly hated to leave. Loved having my coffee early on the porch looking at the ocean. Hope to come back again ☺️

Great house and location. Did have to deal with people installing blinds one day which was a bit disruptive but manageable. Was not able to reserve for the same week next year as it was already rented. Priority should be given to renters for the same week each year as advertised. The owner did accommodate us for different week but some of my family will not be able to make it due to the change.
