Vom Hotel war lediglich morgens Personal anwesend, dieses war dann jedoch sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war in Ordnung und abwechslungsreich, Kaffeevarianten, wie zum Beispiel einen Cappuccino erhält man jedoch nur gegen Aufpreis oder wenn man auf die Zimmerreinigung verzichtet.

Wir hatten ein Apartment mit drei Zimmern für bis zu 5 Personen gebucht. Bei dem Apartment handelt es sich eher um eine ehemalige Raucherwohnung, die nun als Nichtraucherapartment angeboten wird. Beim ersten Betreten war der Geruch sehr intensiv. Die Ausstattung ist eher mangelhaft und in die Jahre gekommen. Eines der Zimmer hatte weder einen Kleiderschrank, Kleiderhaken oder einen Mülleimer. Die Zimmer sind stark renovierungsbedürftig. Auf den Betten liegen Kissen, deren Bezüge nicht gereinigt werden können... Die Räumlichkeiten sind sehr hellhörig. Abends/Nachts haben mehrere Personen in den anliegenden Zimmern geduscht. Die Geräuschkulisse war enorm. Unter einem "Hotel" würde ich etwas anderes erwarten.

Continental breakfast was fantastic, the hotel staff were amazing and the hotel itself we both love, as we used to live in Hameln when I served as a British Soldier until 2004. It was sad to see the old Linsingen Kaserne knocked down though.

Location was perfect for our needs, we arrived for an overnight stop. Nice quiet neighbourhood, 15 minutes walk into town with parking. Very friendly staff, nice breakfast, clean and comfortable room.

Everything was great. 4th floor with bags is a bit of a workout but hey ho

Unfortunately, the hotel restaurant was closed during our stay. The hotel informed us about it so we were aware of the situation but it was still a pity.

Biergarden is wonderful but could be more cozy..light, music for example.

Location was in easy walking of the town centre and the town has plenty to interest a visitor. Buffet breakfast was fine with plenty of food and drink choices and the staff were friendly. My room was comfortable.

a) Disgusted to find I paid 2 different prices for the same room ( 2x 77.8 € & 3x 84.74€ ) although I asked for a block of 5 days in advance. b) I also fail to understand why both were much cheaper for my colleagues at our reunion, they paid 55..14€ each per day, I was informed this was the fault of Booking .com. c) Internet insecure. d) No fan or coffee making.

Small Hotel in a resident area, not in the center. Room was quite big + Balcony. breakfast was ok , not special and staff was ok as well, really average hotel for single night only. free car parking

Hotel not in the center furniture in room quite old simple design. Expensive for the value you are getting around this residential area.

The breakfast was very good with coffee, juice, bread, cheese, jam... Parking in front of the hotel, very convenient. City centre 10 minutos away walking. We were able to ckeck-in earlier than expected. Staff very kind.

The only thing I missed was an opaque blind in order to be in complete darkness at sunrise.

Very comfy room, ideal location short walk to main town, and friendly staff although unable to communicate well due to language barrier which is our problem and not theirs.

We were there two nights. Tiny hanging wardrobe with two hangers. No maid service. Some information of hotel in English would have been useful eg breakfast times .

The hotel has one of the better biergartens in town. Our schnitzel was good and the complimentary breakfast was easy to organize the night before.

I wish a fan was available for our stay during a heatwave. We asked for one but apparently none are available.
