I must say the property wasnt terrible. There were spiderwebs on everything in the game room, doorway openings to outside. The jacuzzi area was full of debris like it wasnt cleaned of sticks from branches in a long while, broken furniture sitting on the deck. Lots of rusting on pool and deck chairs. The electronic game does not work in the game room/garage.(it should no longer be advertised) neither should the ping pong table. We bought pong pong paddles and balls thinking we had a place to play and again there was false advertisement. The place stinks of mildew/mold in the air. My 23 year old walked around with his shirt over his nose everyday. Over all the space was nice, it had plenty of dishes/pots/pans/silver. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms spacious. The master bath sink was clogged the entire stay though. Very close to the beach. Literally around the corner. This place would be extremely cozy if they went the extra mile to clean up a bit more and fix the moldy smell.

The pool table was uneven and there were no tips on the pool sticks. The electronic game did not work and the dart board did not have proper darts. We will use Sandbridge again but not this property as the amount paid should have included all working, clean and comfort items listed above. Also, the cleaning crew did an excellent job of preparing the house except the garage/game room.

Unfortunately, the hot tub stopped working the first night so we didn’t get to enjoy it the whole time-management did respond quickly to my request though. The place upon arrival was not very clean. The floors had a gritty feeling, turned our feet black and the showers had buildup in them. I could tell the place had not been deep cleaned for some time. We were very disappointed in our accommodations, but we improvised our way through and tried not to let it ruin our time together.

Sent pictures to management and though they apologized they were slow to react to the situation that needed immediate action. Because we had no other options for alternative housing, we had to stay and spend two days cleaning; couldn’t get the general manager on the phone until Monday; management did finally send a thorough cleaning team on Wed, (that’s 5 days after check in) Worked with at least 5 maintenance staff during the week coming and going. I am not blaming any staff that worked on the house. Each one said the house’s condition was unbelievable and said someone had dropped the ball. Even worse the real cleaning did not come till Wed. I absolutely blame management and their partnership with the owner for not doing more on the money side (gift card & $130 for doing the cleaning—not much for compensation for the over 20 hours we had to clean during or vacation, our need to buy new sheets; and working with maintenance to have things fixed. so we could sleep in improved sanitary conditions; new linen did not arrive until Wed. Unbelievable disaster in Customer Service! Sandbridge Blue boasts on their ads that they are #1 in bookings; too bad they don’t rank #1 in customer service and repeated customers! My family will not be coming back to Sandbridge. AND HOMOWNER you should be ashamed that we had to do your job of home upkeep and only offer to give us a discount if we want to come back to Play Day next year. I am a reasonable person, but I did not work to save money for a family vacation and end up having a working vacation. because negligence on Sandbridge Blue and Play Day homeownership.

My family and I don't need much to have a great time. While there were some things that needed some tlc, we were happy and satisfied. Yes there was trash under the chair, and not all the game room items were operable but the bones of the house was clean. The many patios were wonderful! The beds were comfy and the hot tub is magnificent. I would definitely stay again

I think it definitely needs some updating and repairs. When we moved the couch there was all kinds of trash and dirt under it. The couches were basically something that I wouldn’t even give away they were in such poor condition. When we first arrived I sprayed all of the beds with Lysol and when I moved the bath towel off the top bunk it was covered in either feces or mud. I wasn’t going to investigate. The location of the home was great but the owner really needs to do some updates and get a new cleaning crew.

My group thoroughly enjoyed our stay! It was just a little dirty when we arrived. Dust, sand and dirt were in the kitchen/living room. I also found a few spider webs throughout the house. A deeper clean would do wonders for this house.

Can’t beat the location and the setup of this house. For a fun getaway with adult friends/ cousins guys trip, it was perfect. The pool and garage area were the perfect spots to hang out and enjoy the great weather. Cleanliness of the house was just okay- not sure this is a house I would bring my little children to. We had a rough start to the weekend with the cleaning crews still working until 4:45 when we showed up at 4 with cold food that had to get in the refrigerator. We were then told that housekeeping had until 6 pm if they needed(not sure how that works). Once in we had a great time tho. We would come back with a similar group again.

Excellent service

My sister and I took 12 teenagers to Sandbridge Beach. This house was perfect for our group - close to beach, lots to do, and plenty of room. We would definitely return.

The home was great, especially for the time we went. Pool was freezing cold, but the hot tub was a plus. The game room, there were no tips for the darts and the ping pong paddles were in terrible shape. The arcade game did not work and the TV would turn on but no picture. The main reason we chose this home over the others was for the game room so that was a big disappointment. The property manager said he had paddles in the shop and would get some back to us and that he would check about dart tips. After us calling them a few times we were told the tips were on order and nothing about the paddles. The tips being on order was great...for the next family staying there. It did us no good at all. The weather was nothing but rain the entire weekend so the game room was the good choice...it just would have worked out a lot better had it matched up to it listing.
