my air con did not work well and then didn’t work one night. was very rural - no shops around and the shop on site was minimal.

The resort isn't far from the airport.

The facility is quite old, need some updates. Room wasn't that clean. The shower wasn't hot

The bed was super comfy, i didnt want to get out of it😀 Staff were so lovely and friendly, pool is huge and clean. Lovely balcony outside my room....it is definitely worth more than the price.

Great pool. The hotel has good facilities on site and there’s a 7/11 a short walk away. A good place to stay for a couple of nights.

My rating is down to my personal experience, I think most people would have a good time here. The biggest issue I had was a single staff member who made me uncomfortable during my stay. All I’ll say is that if you’re a young, single man staying here by yourself, you may get some unwanted attention. I was also staying close to the restaurant which has live music every night until 1am and that made it difficult to get to sleep.

Nothing. The room was only $37CAD/night so I guess it was a gamble.

Rooms were dirty, sheets were stained, cockroaches in the room and garbage from previous guests were left in our room. This area has almost no taxis. The hotel can can taxis for you, but the rates were about $100CAD for a 30minute ride. The staff is very unhelpful and does not care about their guests whatsoever. There is a nightclub on the hotel's property that played extremely loud music until 2am. It is impossible to sleep at this hotel given the music and the poor sound isolation in the rooms.

Rooms are big, luxurious and well maintained. Pool looks great (although I didn't use it). Staff does not speak English but tries to help (and that works out well)

Ask whether there is live music at night. If so, be prepared for noise until 0100h am. I got a room far away from the restaurant and still had the windows vibrating (I had to ask to be moved). If it wasn't for the noise, this would be a great place!

Room very large, clean, not to noise, pool incredible. A bit far if you don't have any car or motorbike.

Our room was brand new, spacious and comfortable. Beds are comfy too and great shower! Really like it! We didn’t use, but the hotel had a pool and gym (that looks bit and good). Location is good depending on your itinerary and if you have a motorbike or car. If you want to enjoy the beach, it will be a 15min drive to Natai Beach. And there aren’t many taxis around, so you will have to rely on the hotel drives. We stayed here two night in different weekends to attend a Circoloco parties and because the region was packed, taxis from/to the hotel were expensive and the wait was longer. But I think in a regular day it should be fine.

The hotel restaurant was a bit overpriced and there aren’t many shops or restaurants around. If you have motorbike than you are fine.

first, the googlemaps address is wrong, about 8km difference, then the name of the hotel is wrong too !! a nightmare to find it. checkin was very long, parking is far from the room. checkout early at 6am, nobody at the reception, I wrote a note to transfer the 500 thb deposit but still didn’t receive it after a whole day.
