The location on the Hip strip is great

The building is old and outdated room had a bad smell, shower was bad pipe needs to be fixed

Location. Opposite Doctors Cave beach. Close to all amenities

The pictures posted are not a true reflection. This hotel and rooms has dated a lot since those picture where taken.

It's very conveniently located & they let me check in early

My room looked nothing like the pics. When I went to take a shower,water came from the shower & almost soaked up the place because there was no plastic curtain to keep the water inside. I asked for towels & they came to mop up the water, leaving the floor wet still. He said, "Let it air dry." They only have one lock on the door & it's a normal lock for a house. It was not the best experience for just one night. I don't think I'll be back

The entire property needs some upgrades

The entrance to this property is abysmal not somewhere that I recommend to anyone

Great great great location. Across from Doctor's Cave Beach Club and central on the Hip Strip. Friendly and responsive staff. A ripe mango fell from the tree in the courtyard, and I got a free tasty snack

Air conditioning broken in my room. They only clean every four days so I had to borrow a broom from housekeeping. WTF? 37 stairs to climb to my room felt like summiting Everest at times.

I didn’t like anything about the room. Did not look anything like the pictures on the internet. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The beds and linen were uncomfortable. No blanket. Pillows were uncomfortable. Too many stairs.
