Clean, large rooms, friendly and helpful front desk staff. close enough to everything but far enough from city noise. located beside bus station (for day trips) and golf carts available for rent. beautiful roof top pool and deck.

only complaint was the corn hole game played directly beneath our 3rd floor window. it was very loud, sometimes for hours.

We stayed in a room on street level at the front of the hotel so it was very noisy at night with cars passing.

our room was located on the street side ground floor and overlooking the parkade entrance. it was too noisy to sit outside on the balcony.

The hotel didn't offer any food at all so we had to look for restaurants away from the hotel. It was maybe a 5 minute walk to the square where most of the restaurants were so not a problem. The pool and the patio around the pool was very comfortable and relaxing. Pool water was a perfect temperature.

They could have a snack place so you didn't have to go for food if you were hungry. Everything else was good.

The heated infinity pool was clean and the loungers were comfortable and new.

If there was a restaurant onsite it would have been more excellent than it was. Walking distance to anything you could imagine.

We loved that the hotel was just outside of downtown in a quieter area. The rooftop pool was a highlight - it was warm and the perfect size for our kids. We spent time in the pool every day! Front desk were wonderful and accommodated our golf cart rental, answered all of our questions and ordered a taxi when we went to Punta de Mita for the day. Rooms were very clean, spacious and we loved having a balcony overlooking the courtyard in the back. You could hear noise outside (some noisy guests next door), but overall we would absolutely recommend this hotel to family and friends! Can't wait to visit again.

Amazing place to stay- exceeded our expectations! Perfect location, quiet yet five minute flat walk to city centre. Staff were all amazing- helpful, super clean and organized. Rooftop terrace and pool really made our trip. Would stay here again 100% no question.
