This cabin/lake house had tons of room! We had everything we needed and everyone appreciated the 5 king beds! The owner was very helpful and responded quickly to questions. I would definitely recommend this place!

My family from the USA snd a niece from viet nam all ended up at the house. My brother and family was down the street. This house was so wonderful it could accommodate both families for dinner. It couldn't have been any better. Activities were all close by. I would recommend this house to my friends who travel.

My family and I absolutely LOVED this house. We have stayed at many rental houses over the years, and this one is one of the best! The house was easy to find, clean, the beds were very comfortable, the neighborhood is super quiet, but only about 10 minutes from the Branson strip. It was well stocked for cooking meals, and came with plenty of toiletries and towels. My kids loved the rec room in the lower level. The games were used nightly! Now I have to talk about the hot tub. This hot tub is magical! It is the best hot tub I have ever been in (and I work at fitness facilities that have professional hot tubs). We used it every night. I would book this house just for the hot tub alone lol! We loved our stay here, and we will book this house again when we come back to Branson!

This place was perfect for our group of 12 ladies coming for the Women of Joy conference. There was plenty of room to eat and visit together. The hot tub was a hit. The house was clean and in a great location. We enjoyed our time there and will definitely be booking again. Brenda was also wonderful to with with.

We had an excellent stay in Deep Forest Lodge. We had 8 adults and four children ages 6 and under. We were pleased to find a playpen and high chair provided for the baby. There were also a couple of bathtubs (not all showers) which is great for bathing the little ones.
This house is within 15-30 minutes of everything we wanted to do so the location was very convenient. The furnishings were comfortable and there were plenty of kitchen supplies. I was impressed with the amount of silverware!
Additionally, we were very happy to find enough water pressure in the showers (not at all like some rentals we’ve been in).
If I had any complaints it would be that the house is in a hilly neighborhood so there was no good place to set up our Baggo! Oh well, it was a small sacrifice for such a wonderful house. Two thumbs up!

When we arrive we had an issue with getting into the house, the code that was provided to me was incorrect when I finally got in contact with the owner she provided me with the correct code.Other than that problem we had an great stay.

The house was beautiful and beautifully decorated. Very clean with ample accommodations. Beds were comfy. Loved the screened-in deck/porch for coffee in the morning and the hot tub area at night. No complaints! Went for a girls trip and none of us wanted to leave when it was over!

We were here celebrating my dad's 87th Birthday. The house was immaculate and very clean! We felt very much at home. Everything you would need was supplied. Will stay here again next time we come to Branson!!

My family and I of 10 stayed here for a week in July and loved it! The location was just far enough away from the busy downtown but close enough to the boat docks, shops, and grocery stores. We enjoyed our time at the house playing games at the table, hanging out in the basement area, and the amazing hot tub! We definitely plan on booking with Brenda again. She was quick to respond with any questions we had and her property was extremely nice! The house had everything we needed, beds were very spacious, and it was well cleaned.

The house was great for our work team. We had a team trip with our spouses, and the Josie didn’t disappoint. Very clean, room for all of us, had all the amenities we needed for dinner and breakfast. Spacious, comfy, and only 10-15 minute drive to table rock Marina. Definitely a great place for friends and family to stay!

We absolutely loved our stay at this property. I have stayed at VRBOs several times and this was by far the best stocked. It had every kitchen item you could need. It was wonderful for our multi-generational family group. Plenty of room to spread out.

We had three families with young kids staying in Branson for a trip on the Polar Express Train. The kids ranged in age from 3-12. This was a perfect home for all of our families. Well taken care of and clean. More than enough supplies to make it seem like a home away from home.

Amazing Place!
This place satisfied our every need from the fully stocked kitchen to the awesome hot tub to the grill. Everything was easy to find and easy to work making for a great time! The plentiful bathrooms were nice to have and the water pressure stayed strong when multiple water sources were going. Great for family and friends trips. 10/10 would be glad to stay here again!

Perfect Family Get Away
This home was perfect for our large group of 10. We had 6 adults and 4 kids. Plenty of rooms and beds. The basement was a great spot for the kids to play and hang out. Nice neighborhood and pool. Brenda was amazing! She responded quickly and communicated with us multiple times throughout our stay, mostly just checking in and making sure we were enjoying our stay and had everything we needed. I’d definitely go back!!

Ideal for Family Gatherings
We had an amazing family reunion at this property! Starting with the long table with seating for 14 to the multiple areas for relaxing (Living Room, Game Room, Front Porch, Back Porch, Back Porch)… this house made it easy for 3 couples and 11 children to live together for 6 days. Everyone loved the hot tub, after a long day of outside activities. The front porch was perfect for quiet conversations. The kids loved all the games in the lower level. We highly recommend this place for multiple groups.

Our family vacation of 12 was fun filled. The house was easy access to everything we wanted to do during t he e day and it was really nice coming home to family time of games and movies. Kids found games they never played and movies never seen. Everything was well stocked and we all had space to spread out. Loved it
