A pretty property that is wasted.

Service was extremely slow and inattentive. When we asked the reception to help us find taxi into town, they refused to help. Hotel workers actively hide from guests so they do not have to do anything. When we left for the afternoon, we expected housekeeping to clean the room. We came back and the housekeeper told us she did not clean the room because "no one answered the door when she knocked." The pool is dirty.

Perfect hotel. Very helpful and friendly staff. Incredible views. The restaurant had amazing food with lots of choice. The room was excellent and well maintained. One of the best places that I've stayed. Really nice place to go to relax away from the city and enjoy nature.

The only things that I would change would be to have firmer pillows as the ones in the room were quite soft and to have the lunch menu in the restaurant available from midday which is an hour earlier than it currently is.

.The hotel service and staff was excellent the first day. The pool was great and our room had a great view.

The staff became less attentive once the weekend ended. They were sort of rude to us st the restaurant on Sunday night. Our toilet did not work properly all the time.

Literally everything:) our room was directly at the swimming pool with amazing view on the lake and the town. Room was exceptionally clean and bed was so comfortable you don t want to get up ;) Whole place is very quiet and peacefull There is a beautifull pathway for walking just "being created" in the areal- we ve seen about half I guess- so something to look forward to:)

Amazing place.I love to wake up and spend morning on the balcony. I like breakfest buffet.Fully reccomended.

The views of the watermarks are amazing. You can feel a total disconnection from the city being just couple of minutes away. The facilities are truly amazing and make you feel in a resort within budget.

Its still in its route to mature, and you can see in the service that is offered. Not all the food destinations within the hotel were available and the rooms do not have fridge, so it was kind of hard to have food in the middle of the night if you are starving.

They did not respect the reservation made for one bed. they gave Us double beds. Food was terrible and expensive. The hotel is very nice,

Food was cold, bad taste and expensive. It is a hotel outdoors, the idea is to eat there but the service was bad.
