We had a great time

Had a wonderful time with family and friends. Party of 8 adults and plenty of room for everyone. Large kitchen with all the necessary items to enjoy a good sit down meal. Plenty of seating at the table and very large sectional. When we weren't on the mountain we could relax watching tv, playing pool and foosball. Everyone felt comfortable in this large townhome. Management was attentative to answering all my questions. The association had their crew out to plow the street and driveway and clear the snow off roads and even the gas meter. Due to the record amount of snowfall, we didn't have access to the house from the frontdoor; entering thru the garage was very easy and convenient. Would definitely stay here again!

We loved our stay at this beautiful, spacious house, it was very cozy and very roomy for our big group of 10. The only thing that was lacking was kitchen items. Simple things like cookie sheets/rags to clean counters ( plenty of fish towels), and maybe needed a blender. Overall, great house and we will definitely be staying there again.

The house is huge and has everything you would need to make a vacation perfect! The location is excellent, the views are magnificent! there was lots of room for the entire family to be comfortable, there was even an extra bedroom that never got used. We would love to stay here again!

Been coming to Mammoth Lakes annually for past 30 years. I’ve stayed in many units during that time. My family and I give this one five stars as it met our needs and the one time I had to call manager they were super quick and helpful. Great communication on their end. Would definitely like to come again.

We really enjoyed this property. The layout is perfect for our family: grandparents, 2 families with 2 children each. The grandchildren. had a ball hosting foosball tournaments while the adults played pool. The kitchen is very well stocked which we appreciated as we eat dinners in. When we did have problem with a leaking toilet, the property manager was immediately responsive and someone was there within an hour. We would definitely stay in this unit again.

We had such an incredible time at this property and will definitely be back. It had plenty of room for all 9 of us the views from the back deck at night were absolutely epic. Thanks for everything!!

We booked this place for a group attending our son’s wedding at Convict Lake. The property is fantastic - everyone was super comfortable and enjoyed the pool table and large living spaces. We will most certainly be back!

This townhome is spacious and open, yet retains that warm and cozy atmosphere. The view from the back deck is peaceful. Everything was clean on arrival and the unit is well furnished. The right side screen door on the deck gave us some issues and we were able to get it back in the track. This happened a few times and could use a more permanent repair. I would stay here again.

We had a great stay with our extended family. Home is immaculate and so spacious. Great layout for a large group! Highly recommend!

For the most part, our stay was very comfortable. My son in law did say that when he pulled the comforter back in the main MBR, there were “hairs” on the sheets, and a mask under the fitted sheet. The other beds seemed to be in order. Also, the sliding screen door upstairs was completely off the track and would not slide. I texted and sent an email to the management company, but got no response. On the positive, the location is perfect and quiet. Very large and roomy. Fun playing pool - with the exception of either broken poolques or tips missing. I would still stay here again. Please, management, stay or respond to the “renters”

We stayed the July 4th weekend for 4 nights. The house is spacious so kids loved to play in the common area & parents enjoyed playing the billiards. It is located in a quite neighborhood away from any traffic, yet convenient if you need to go to the downtown or ski or parks. Overall, we like this house and would highly recommend it

The condo is very clean. The location is great, close to Vons and the Village. The view from the balcony is amazing. We enjoyed the pool table, foosball and games provide. It would be nice if there are extra chairs in the bedrooms and in the great room. There are only 6 chairs at the dining table. Also some bowls would be nice. We were only able to find 3-4 bowls of various sizes.

We all loved it! The location is perfect. You’re private yet straight way to the mountain. It was fully stocked with everything you can think of. Plenty of room. There was 10 of us and we felt very spacious with the seating. Loved there was a two car garage. We would definitely stay there again.

We had a great time keeping our big family entertained. We had plenty of space and blankets for our large group. GREAT spot for walks, sledding, and a view.

The house was warm , spacious, ideal for friends and family to spend quality time together. Gave sufficient privacy to families in terms of bedrooms and has excellent plan of open living room where everyone can meet and hold celebrations together . Nice big kitchen combined with family room was a great place to enjoy fun family time . The house was close to all vista points and downtown. Had a memorable time .

It could have been a little cleaner...found lots of long black hair on my feet and even in my bed. Carpet should be removed and replaced with some kind of wood flooring for sanitation reasons. Carpet in bathrooms kinda gross and bad to have. We couldn’t close windows completely after opening...need to be fixed. Otherwise the place is really nice, convenient, and perfect for a large group. Also, no broom or dust pan for sweeping kitchen. Beautiful home and view for sure. We enjoyed . Thank you!

There was so much to see and do. We hit as many lakes as we could. We started with June Lake, then Silver Lake, Convict Lake, Crowley Lake, Rock Creek Lake was my favorite. There was just so much beauty around it was hard to choose what to do the next day. We hike to Devils Postpile, Rainbow Falls, and had to try out Wild Willy's Hot Springs (yes, there is nudity). It was a vacation to remember!If I had a question, I just sent an email and response is usually within a few minutes.

Everything went well

The location is beautiful. When you walk through the main area and onto the balcony the views are stunning. The bedrooms are large with plenty of space and great beds. The kitchen has a large preparation area and a good size dining table. The pool table and foosball table added some fun activities for a venture. The only drawback on this place is that it seems to need some TLC. The screen door seem to be coming off the hinge, the barbecue didn’t seem to heat up to grill steaks, the kitchen fan was pretty filthy and by chance I looked underneath one of the beds and saw it had been vacuumed in a long long time. I’d still stay here again, but I hope the cleaning agency gets a heads up on some of the issues that need to be addressed.

Cleaning company didn't do a good job at all, the neighbor said they weren't there very long. Dishes were dirty, bedding wasn't clean. The property management company was fantastic and if it were my property I would be very happy with them for how they remedied the situation. They responded with excellence and service.

Check-in was super easy and you drive right past the spot to grab your keys and return them on your way into/out of town. The Great Room upstairs is the best part with a cozy fireplace, huge couch for family, pool table for fun and a large open kitchen. This is PERFECT for groups because of the large open area where you'll spend most of your time if not sleeping. People can be cooking in the kitchen and still be part of the conversation with the others playing pool and watching a movie on the large tv. The place was clean and had all the kitchen utensils we needed to cook a few great, large meals. I would absolutely stay here again!

We loved staying at this cabin! It was very well equipped with everything from bedding to toiletries to pots and pans! Even though we were unable to use the oven because it would not reach 350* F it kept turning off at random heat levels constantly and ruined our dinner that night (we ended up ordering pizza :/ ) since the outside grill was also impossible to use due to missing parts. But everything else was great! Very spacious and great view of the mountains.

Nice and roomy home for 2-3 families. Great location with views and facilities. We enjoyed the pool table, foosball, and jacuzzi everyday after being on the mountain. Will definitely book this property again. Thanks Rich

Has to be be one of the best stays I’ve had in mammoth. Everything about this home was awesome for my family and I. Would definitely be staying here again
