The owner is very caring, he sent photos of how to find the apartment, where to park the car for free. The apartment had shampoos, soap, and a washing machine. All tools, salt, coffee, sugar in the kitchen. The beds are comfortable. Clean towels. Very close to the central street, where you can see the Bahai Gardens.

The apartment is very well equipped with everything a traveler may need. The shared kitchen offers the usual such as a fridge and stove but also a coffee machine, which we really appreciated. You can find there all the basic kitchenware needed for simple cooking. Toiletries (including toothpaste) are provided in the shared bathroom and there's also a machine machine and washing powder available. Our room (no.1) was smaller but cozy and we loved its balcony and the fact that the house is located in a quiet residential area, which means you can get a good night's sleep. Overall the apartment is clean and well taken care of although not super new.

Their customer service needs some serious improvement. At first we didn't quite understand that the apartment was a self check-in accomodation mostly because it is advertised as a 'guesthouse'. In fact, it's practically an Airbnb type of apartment. Prior to our arrival, the host was very responsive when we texted on WhatsApp. I was very happy about that. When we got to the address, we had problems locating the house because there were no signs indicating the guesthouse. We called the host, but he didn't speak any English and the only thing he said was "send pictures". We thought he wanted us to send him pictures of where we were standing and perhaps point us to the right direction. At that point we were already standing right in front of the building and only needed him to open a window and wave at us so we could understand where exactly we were supposed to go. Eventually, after some back and forth messaging we got inside the building and onto the second floor where the apartment is. The host seemed very angry and frustrated that he had to go down 2 floors (he lives in the same building) to show us our room. He kept complaining that he had already sent us instructions and why we bothered him and that 'this is not a hotel' and 'there's no reception'. I was extremely disappointed by his behavior. I don't understand why someone would want to work in the hospitality sector when they don't have the ability to be helpful and kind to their guests. It's very unfortunate we had to experience this - otherwise we would have given 10/10.

Great communication with the host. Great support through WhatsApp. Easy to access the property. The house was clean. The room was comfortable and in line with the cost.

The location was OK, but we hoped a better location. The shared facilities are in line with the expectations, but not above expectations. The room was comfortable enough, but not above expectations.

Shared apartment with one bathroom for 3 bedrooms. Clean, well organized, kitchen available with refrigerator, microwave, etc. Good instructions for getting into the place.

A bit tough to do the shared bathroom with all three bedrooms filled, but was doable. Area around the property was really filthy. Perhaps a garbage strike? No apparent garbage pickup for some time. The property was fine, the area around it was shabby but safe.

We found all essential things there. Especially we appriciate the free-available washing machine, place to dry the clothes and the coffee machine with coffee capsules supplied. The room was lovely and we enjoyed the balcony, where we had dinner and breakfast. And the landlord was supernice!

It is in a great location,the host was friendly,design is nice,seems like there was alot of thought put into it. There was a problem at midnight with the lock but the host rushed quickly to fix the problem ,appreciated.

The neighborhood feels a bit like a ghost town alot of building with black windows with no soul inside maybe they are getting rebuilt .

The host was very kind and provided all information before arrival. Really big and well equipped bathroom and kitchen. Free coffee and tea. Flat is located in the city centre, supermarket and sights nearby.

The room was perfect with a nice balcony. The bathroom and kitchen have not a high level but was clean and have all what we needed. The appartment had 3 separate rented rooms.

the surrounding of the house could be better

The accommodation is very clean and almost everything you need is well equipped. There is a capsule coffee machine also. There is a laundry machine. The host is kind. I didn’t see him(?) in person though he explains how to get there very kindly with the text message attached with pictures.
