Location.

Furniture needs updating as uncomfortable and not reflective of some of the pictures.

Very run down furniture was poor didn’t exactly invite you to sit in the living room. We sat on the bed. Radiators was very rusty had a dripping tap. Wasn’t very clean looked like it had been furnished from a car boot. Fridge was broken extensive works being undertaken next door. Tan late into sat evening started at 8.40 Sunday morning Monday morning diggers music being played by work men was terrible. No advance warnings was given in all a very poor stay wouldnt recommend it. Fridge wasn’t even turned on. Had to work out how to switch fridge + freezer on. Freezer just rang alarms. Carpets very stained in general very run down. Very poor for money charged. Glad was only there over weekend. Sat/Monday morning. We,d have left. Never stayed anywhere that has not even left milk in the fridge to have a drink on arrival. The landings left non. But then again fridge is broken no shelf’s. Next persons stay sheets are in a plastic box left in living room on floor. Needs a lot of TLC paint + appliances

The apartment was well laid out and had plenty of room. The location and views were exceptional, a really good place in a good location.

It's a fair climb up the stairs to the loft apartment, which is a struggle with luggage. We had an issue with the TV, which I wasn't getting answers to, finally managed to resolve the issue as I didn't get much from the property owners. Parking is difficult in front of the property, so we parked in the long stay carpark half a mile away

Perfect weekend break for a family of four. The location couldn't be any better, gorgeous sea view. The accommodation was clean and comfortable. I would definitely return again.

It wasn't a problem for us, but the stairs may prove to be a problem for some. Sleeps four, only one bedroom, there is a futon as the second bed.

Stayed last September and all furniture needed replacing and still does and TVs didn’t work and still don’t. Kitchen tap dripping all the time last September and still not fixed. All in all I was very disappointed this time. Didn’t use the lounge area as the futon bed used as a settee was so uncomfortable I ended up, when in, lying on the bed

Very deceiving listing, the washing machine is actually in a laundry room at the back of the building which is only accessible by going outside (not ideal when staying on the third floor). Laundry room also has only one washing machine shared amongst all guests. If I'd of known this I wouldn't of booked as a washing machine was a necessity due to having a young baby. I had messaged two numbers provided when booking as the booking makes it seem that there's a washing machine in the room. I didn't receive any reply from either. There isn't a sofa as pictured, it's actually a wooden futon that was unstable due to a loose leg so partner had to sleep with mattress on floor. Overall could do with a good clean. Carpets were very dirty as was futon mattress and spare bedding that had brown stains over duvet. See pictures.. shame really because view and location is great but would never pay to stay here during peak season.

Lovely sea view and easy access to the beach.

A small seat by the door to sit on to take shoes on/off would be good. Some hooks to hang coats up etc. The TV in the bedroom didn't work. The water for a bath was nearly cold which was unpleasant. The sofa in the lounge is very uncomfortable and low down so when you are trying to watch tv which is on the wall you get a cricked sore neck from looking up. The duvet needs changing from a summer duvet to a winter duvet as we were cold in the night.
