Закрытая парковка во дворе. Коммуникация с хозяином и персоналом. Реагируют очень быстро, быстро отвечают на сообщения. Квартиру нашли легко и без проблем. Кодовый замок. Общение с консьержкой. Большое ей спасибо за то, что приготовила нам постель( обычно она этого не делает). Квартира выглядит хорошо. Есть почти все для проживания, но не могу сказать, что для комфортного проживания.

Нигде в описании квартиры мы не нашли информации о том, что нужно доплачивать деньги за полотенца и постельное белье. А то, что нужно еще и убирать квартиру после себя,вообще, было неприятным сюрпризом. Мы ночевали только одну ночь. Приехали поздно, около часа ночи, утром потратили около часа на уборку. И все нужно было успеть до 11 часов утра…Из-за того что жильцы убирают сами, чистота не на высшем уровне. Внешне все выглядит чисто, пока не откроешь что-то или не залезешь в какие-то углы.

Certaines prises ne fonctionnent pas

Le rapport qualité/prix était très bien hors saison. L'emplacement au centre est très bien.

Le logement n'est absolument pas adapté pour une famille avec deux enfants en bas âges. Un des clics clacs est collé à la porte d'entrée. Les clics clacs ne sont pas du tout confortable. La clim était inutilisable mais un chauffage d'appoint était présent en plein mois de janvier il n'était pas du tout suffisant. Prise factice à la salle de bain. La table est sur roulettes ce n'était pas pratique avec les enfants. Aucune insonorisation. Ce logement est pour deux personnes maximum.

No Wi-Fi! I asked him why I couldn’t find wifi but the landlord didn’t answer the phone. He has no respect for clients and does not respond to messages. He need the clients to take the sheet and the room is dirty.

Nice town near the sea

First of all it is not an apartment, it is a jonitor's room or something like that on the 1st floor where nobody lives, near the elevator. Despite this apartment is not really expensive it's not even worth the money. The apartment 's owner attitute to their guests is terrible: we were informed before the arrival that there is no bed clothes!( pillow cases, sheets etc), and they didn't help us to solve the problem. We were forced to sleep with a baby in unappropriate conditions. There were no even a toilet paper!(see the photo). The flat is dirty, when we turned on the washing mashine we felt the smell of smoke. If you want to save your nerves and health do not live here!!!!! I know that the owner will say that we booked this apartment lately in the evening but if the apartment was not ready for the next guest it should not be available at booking.com

Small apartment which fits good for a couple. It is close to the beach and has the necessary to stay in it.

There is a sofa-bed which for several nigths is not very comfotable.

Getting out of flat to beach and etangs

Settee/bed was most uncomfortable ever sat and slept on also had hole in cover. Electrics from fridge/microwave just hanging down side. Dangerous Microwave unreachable except by tall person as on top of fridge, had to stand on a stool Wet washing left in left on plugged machine, the cable was stretched across room and could have caused an accident. Dirty mat left by sink
