La situación, las instalaciones, nos dieron una habitación superior muy grande, el desayuno muy completo y de calidad, los recepcionistas muy amables

El servicio de limpieza de las habitaciones, el primer dia teniamos dos toallas de lavabo, el segundo solo una, el tercero una y sucia, tuvimos que decir que nos pusieran dos, por favor, tampoco rellenaron los tarros de gel y un dispensador de kleanex, quedo vacio el primer dia lo dejamos destapado para que lo vieran y no lo rellenaron, tampoco repusieron las tarrinas de leche de la habitación y tuvimos que pedirlas, ya que teniamos cafetera de capsulas en la habitación

Everything was perfect. The staff was very polite and helped us with everything. The room was very clean and really comfy beds.

Pool is small

the property looks like it’s been recently renovated, everything was super clean and new. the breakfast was amazing and all the staff was very friendly and helpful. I’d come back in a heart beat

Quim and Bojja at the front desk so helpful gave amazing service! bed very comfortable and having a bath tub was a plus! breakfast 10 out of 10!

Location was fantastic right on the beach. Private beach area, with bar area. Roof terrace with pool. Room was very well finished with big bath. The room we had, had a large balcony.

Had to wait past 3pm for our check in as room wasnt ready, we were only there the night so was slightly annoying. Although we had an amazing bath in room, there was no were to hang a shower head to have an actual shower. The spa area was ok although i expected the pools to be a lot warmer for a spa area. We did half board and although the food was nice, there wasn't a big choice which was disappointing. We also had to wait quite a while to even get a menu, even when we did we weren't given a drinks or wine menu. They are able to offer parking spaces but it is €20 rather than the advertised €15.

This hotel was lovely and clean and very comfortable. Staff were lovely, very central and right on the beach. We received an upgrade also which was fantastic.

Not sure about the status in the foyer? Also in the corridors the carpets are marked which is a shame as the rooms are lovely

the breakfast was excellent, good spread. what really like best was the waiter that help me and family to accommodate us all. unfortunately i don't know if i got his name right. i believe it was Joan Marc?)

The lady at the checkout was very mean and was angry that we got an extended checkout . She gave us an attitude . The breakfast could have been better , not much choices Ana no vegetables.

Delicious and abundant breakfast. The rooftop area with the pool is great and has an amazing view of the beach.

The staff was very amicable. The location is great, just across the beach and walking distance to restaurants and night life. The rooms were very confortable and it felt like being home. Everything meet my expectations and for sure I'll be back.

The breakfast, location, spa and rooftop pool. Our room was a good size and very comfortable.

I thought the pricing for the hotel beach chairs/umbrella was very high at 25e per day. I noticed that during our one week stay very few were rented.

The reception staff is extremely helpful. They let us check in earlier since we had a long travel, and we appreciated it a lot. We had a chance to rent a car from the hotel which was very convenient and cheap. The rooms were clean and quiet and the bed was super comfy.

Only weather. End of May it's quite cold, not great for the beach season.

- Front desk staff was not very welcoming: they weren't unfriendly, but they looked a bit bored or uninterested. Or maybe they were just tired. Especially at a beach resort, where people come to relax and have fun, I would expect the front desk staff to have a more enthusiastic vibe - Not enough breakfast staff: the entire breakfast seemed to be run by two waiters that could barely keep up with all the work. Not their fault, because the restaurant was full. I would suggest to allocate more staff for the breakfast on peak days. - Beds are pretty comfortable but rather small

I loved the breakfast in front of the see and the spa. A bonus for the terrace with the very nice view.

The sauna was out of service, too bad. It could be nice to have a navet to travel in the city next to platja d'Aro to visit all around

Superb breakfast. Wonderful staff. First went to this hotel in 1964! The suite was beautiful. Loved it.

Not told beforehand that the bar and restaurant would be closed from the beginning of October.
