I enjoyed renting this property because of it’s location, parking spaces, easy check in and check out. It has a cozy cottage feeling. The only downfall was for my elderly parents. The shower facilities were not good for older people who may be a fall risk. Other than that great place!

My family & I just got back from a wonderful stay at this amazing home. It’s on the beach block so quick access to the beach in the mornings & home in the evenings. The home felt like a lake home in Maine, which was perfect for our family. We had multiple generations staying here and there was plenty of beds and space for all of us and for my three young kids to move around. Everyone we spoke to about our reservation was so nice and helpful. We definitely would stay here again!

This location is great, especially for families with small children. Less than a block to Funland, boardwalk and beach. Price is great for area. Upstairs bathroom is a little small and the main tv room is a little limited in seating for more than 4-5 people but otherwise have enjoyed staying here this year and last.

This house was absolutely perfect. Just a short walk to the beach. Lovely character. Parking including. It was a wonderful stay!

Overall wonderful. A few nit picky things, like shower curtains need replacing, the porch fairy lights don’t light on one side, and the windows are in dire need of washing. Overall, Comfortable, roomy, walk to the beach. We had a great time.

Very cute place, would not hesitate to recommend. Good size bedrooms, including one downstairs bedroom and 3 upstairs. Only thing they could do better is adding a TV to the other 2 bedrooms that don't have one, and replacing the shower curtain/liner in upstairs shower. Still highly recommended though!

The location is perfect. The block is quiet close to the beach and walking distance to everything. Wonder charm of an original beach house with the comforts of home.

Great house. Everyone had their own space. Was bigger than expected. Loved the built in cabinets. Close to shopping, Funland, mini golf and ice cream!

Easy access to beach, boardwalk and restaurants. House was bigger than I thought it would be. Shower in upstairs bathroom was tiny but water pressure was great. Would definitely stay there again. Plenty of room for my group of 5 adults and 3 children.

We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful house so much. You can find this comfortable house with everything that you need and loaded with kitchen items if you want to cook. Just a short walk to the board walk and we love the most is good restaurant around. We hope we will stay longer next time if the house is available. Thanks to the owner for a nice stay. Rental process was easy and efficient. We paid for the linen rental which was worth it. I hate having to bring my own sheets and towels, so I recommend paying for the linen rental.

This property was located about a block from the Boardwalk and was less than a three minute walk to the beach. It was on a quieter street. The enclosed porch on the front of the house was the highlight of our trip. We had coffee and breakfast out there each morning and enjoyed talking until late evening there. It had numerous windows that could be opened for fresh air or an air conditioner for hot days. The twinkling lights that were strung up was an added bonus. The property was extremely clean and well stocked with the essentials. It was one of the nicest places with have stayed outside of hotels. The booking process as well as check-in/out was simple and stress free. We are already talking about returning and we would definitely stay here again.

House was perfect for all of our family members to get together and enjoy the Easter Holiday. 6 adults and 2 two year old's who loved the floor plan. 2 upstairs rooms are very large easy to accommodate a crib or toddler bed. Kitchen was fully stocked and washer/dryer to help with toddlers. Location was perfect, we could walk everywhere. We will absolutely stay here again.

We loved our stay at this house! I have been renting homes in Rehoboth for many years, and I have never stayed in another house that was so well-equipped. The house had dish soap, hand soap, hand sanitizer, trash bags, plastic storage bags, paper napkins, toilet paper, salt, pepper, sugar, a few basic spices, laundry detergent and dryer sheets. Not enough of all of these to last a full stay, but at least enough to get you through the day with whatever you forgot. The bedrooms are roomy and well-appointed with three desks for those of us with kids doing virtual school The bathrooms and kitchen are definitely on the small side, but have everything you need. The front porch is amazing and has lots of seating. In the off-season, it is a very quiet street with ample parking in addition to the spots provided on the property. We are already talking about booking this lovely house for the same weekend next year. Highly recommended!

We loved this house which was only a three minute walk to the boardwalk, the beach, and plenty of restaurants. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed and it was great to have a grill. We appreciated the big bottle of hand sanitizer on hand too!

The house is welcoming, accommodating, and efficient in every way possible. Each of us had enough personal space with the numerous bedrooms. The kitchen/Family Room was a perfect place to gather. The basement was a bonus with space to spread out and enjoy the table games. We had a birthday party, several wonderful meals, a visit to FunLand and lots of beach time. The shed with it's many beach toys was a real bonus as was the outdoor shower which enabled us to keep the house "almost" sand free! The laundry equipment afforded us more leisure time instead of having to go to a laundromat. All in all, it was a glorious 7 days.

Easy with electronic entry

This house is awesome. Our family of 5 adults and 2 children (7 and 2) had plenty of room to be together yet get some space. Very comfortable beds (I do recommend fans for upstairs) and very clean! The check-in process was so easy (you go straight to the house). The online description doesn’t go into detail about the outdoor space but there is an enclosed outdoor shower you can use (we didn’t discover that until mid week) and their is a nice outdoor patio out back. Overall it is a great property in a prime location!

Great location, plenty of room for dining and quiet spaces to rest. The basement refrigerator was a huge bonus, we didn't have to buy ice for our beverages all week. Hanging out on the A/C porch was a hit. We will definitely be renting this property for many years to follow
