We had a great time at this property and the location was perfect for our dunes adventure. We loved the view and appreciated the well stocked coffee station each morning. We also experienced good communication with the host before, during and after our trip.

We were in Lakeside visiting friends. Our group needed individual privacy plus entertainment space. This home has a great view of the lake, nice outdoor living space and comfortable interior plus pet friendly. We built a fire and made s'mores. Easy access to the town of Lakeside and to the Dunes.

We loved this home! Great view of the lake and 5min to Spinreel campground at the sand dunes. We enjoyed the view, BBQ, fire pit, and coffee bar daily. The home was fully equipped with everything you’ll need and was clean. Couldn’t ask for a better home!

There was a wonderful view of the Lake. The Master Bed was ok however one bed is on a wood pallet on the floor. The wood pallet was a trip hazard and the bed was against a wall. Very hard to get in and out of. The 3rd bedroom also had a bed that you could only get into from the front side and the mattress sunk very low. This set up is fine for a family with kids that could sleep in these type of beds but is not ideal for adults. I would recommend queen beds up off the floor at a standard height that can be accessed from both sides of the bed. There was plenty of room for this set up. Also I prefer a top sheet with blankets instead of a duvet only. The sectional in the living area was also very low to the ground and hard to get in and out of. The decor was cute. Communication with the owner/manager was very good.

The Ambience of this Re-Treat was exceptional. Quiet/Peaceful/Relaxing.. I felt like I was on a private forestry hilltop overlooking the Lake. We Spent the Fourth of July Weekend here. Spending mornings on the deck and Firepit in the evening was the highlight. Comfortable beds. Extra Blankets/Pillows.. Loved the Coffee Bar. Enjoyed fixing our own meals-Highly Recommended and soaking up this place

From the ease of checking to the simple checkout there was nothing that didn't exceed expectations! The location high up above the lake provided gorgeous views and cool breezes making the deck and fireplace areas absolutely perfect. The incredibly clean house had so many little details in each room that there isn't time to mention specifics... absolutely perfectly appointed. I will be coming back with my family asap to enjoy again!

This was better than I thought. The space was so thoughtful and inviting. Loved the coffee/cocktail bar. Everything was perfect from first day to last. These guys know how to set up a vacation rental.

Nice home, spectacular view, comfortable surroundings. Lots to do in the area. Besides the obvious dunes and lake activities, we enjoyed great hikes at South Slough, Golden & Silver Falls, Bandon Beach, Sunset Bay, and Cape Arago. We want to come back and kayak South Slough, but best done in the summer. The hosts here are very welcoming and attentive. Nice job on the remodel; really well planned with attention to detail. We recommend it!

We came to Oregon to go crabbing and this home was perfect for our family to enjoy for the week! The views are amazing, the kids enjoyed the fire pit, Netflix, cozy rooms and we loved that it had all the conveniences of home. Thank you!

This home is comfortable and cute. The owners have done a particularly nice job setting up the outdoor spaces to enjoy the beautiful view of the lake and surrounding hills. The home had everything we needed to prepare meals and get a good night sleep after visiting the state parks on the Oregon coast. We will likely stay in this home again.

We say at alot of homes but this one is one of the nicest.

We had a great family get-away with lots to do so close by. The home was very comfortable and had lots of thoughtful touches that made everyone free right at home. Everyone slept well in comfortable beds! Afternoons in the deck enjoying the view were special and grilling locally caught fish was a treat. The owner was very helpful and responsive. We don’t hesitate to recommend this property!

Beautiful, quiet, and relaxing location with a lovely view. Plenty of amenities to provide comfort during our stay. The host was responsive to our needs. Wish we stayed longer - we’ll certainly visit again the next time we are in Lakeside.

What an amazing stay my family and I had at this tranquil property in Lakeside! Everything was exactly as depicted in the pictures--except the garage and parking area. These weren't in the pictures, but were both really spacious and clean and made for a surprisingly nice entry into and out of the property. There were lots of thoughtful, hospitable touches throughout the property. Impeccably clean. So much birdlife from the deck, providing the only welcome accenting sound to the quiet lakeside repose. The property was a nice distance from the sand dunes and North Bend and Coos Bay, combining the peaceful stay in what felt like a true getaway with easy excursions into town for activities and a couple meals out. The kitchen was well-appointed with great options for cooking, re-heating, and making tea or coffee. We enjoyed the smart TVs in both the living room and master bedroom and the blazing fast internet with access to lots of premium channels through the house Amazon Prime account as well as Netflix and regular cable. We love all the choices Tim and his team have made here and how they go the extra mile to make it easy to check in, check out, and stay comfortable while you're there. This place will definitely be on our list of go-tos for future trips.

We stayed at this lovely home at Lakeside in February. We’ve never been to Lakeside and didn’t know what to expect. The warm hospitality Tom showed us put us right at ease. The home is situated near the lake which you can see from the back of the amazing deck. The beds are so comfortable and everything in the home is designed with comfort in mind. We loved the coffee bar! It was better than any we’ve seen anywhere else we’ve stayed. The sun room was our favorite hangout in the mornings. There are many fun things to do in Lakeside: ATV riding on the sand dunes, zip lining, beach combing, fishing and sailing are just a few. We didn’t go to any restaurants as we love to cook as a family. When it came time to leave we were again treated to that same great hospitality. No long tedious lists to preform upon check out. This helped keep our feeling of relaxation going right out the door. Definitely want to come back out here!
