Very spacious and clean apartment with great location to the town and seafront.

Thin summer duvet and no way of working the heating meant I was very cold!

noisy neighbours ( every evening there was someone who rang the doorbell & disturb , bin collection noise early mornings, we had a baby & these were very annoying) dirty upholstery in the living

Great location, shower was powerful.

Sofa bed was difficult to use and manoeuvre.

Bedding wasn't the best quality. Sofas a little stained

Very comfortable. Great seafront location. Bonus of having a car park nearby. The extras of having tea/coffee and breakfast cereals etc were most welcome. Instructions on how to access the property were timely and helpful.

The sofas could do with a steam clean they looked a little grubby (it is the end of the season). Windows (outside) could be cleaned so that could enjoy the sea view Instructions for the TV would be useful. A larger shower screen would be a advantageous as the water goes everywhere. The main front door to the building is VERY hard to open and close properly this presents a security issue and we found it left open (ajar) on a few occasions

The property was very close to all the amenities close parking

The sofas could do with a clean and the windows are dirty. No signal for normal TV

needed a little tlc entrance hall was not very inviting and the interior lock didn’t feel very secure a few things like chairs on the way out and tiles cracking and cracked milk holder in fridge just gently wear and tear maintenance.apart from that very nice

The flat was clean and well positioned close to the seafront. Fixtures and fittings were reasonable quality.

The front window needed cleaning and obscured the sea view. The front door lock does not offer as much security as I had expected.

Very convenient location. Sea view. Good communication re WiFi query before our arrival. Clear instructions re pay and display parking and access. Good view from spacious lounge. Kitchen pack including a few biscuits and milk pots very welcome thank you. Can recommend the old town history walk from West Hill 2.30pm Tuesdays.

The expensive parking. Could not turn radiators off which came on full several times making bedroom very hot. Lounge curtains tricky to close. Would have liked to try nespresso but couldn’t work it out, I expect it is quite simple. No BBC channels on tv.

Sea view.

No hot water on second day, we were moved to a second flat Saturday night, no hot water there either. We used the facilities in the downstairs flat. David and Mauro the maintenance guy did all they could do but first flat boiler was broken. Second night element in the emersion heater had broken. Unforeseeable circumstances and they tried to rectify it but we can't say we had the best weekend. By 845 pm we ask them to leave trying to mend it. David did say that he would contact booking.com with regards to some sort of reimbursement. But we haven't heard anything

Location perfect on the sea front, a quick walk into the Old Town in Hastings which was lovely. Good view from window. Spacious property with facilities. Easy to get to, and a simple check in process.

Security. The building front door lock was faulty and the apartment door seemed insecure. There was a safe available large enough for a small toy car, but not much more. Overall the property was nice, but would recommend this gets fixed.

The location was amazing, the decor was really lovely too, bright and airy. The flat was larger than we expected too.

The bed was very uncomfortable, no access to one side, so the slats underneath the bed had come out where previous occupants had had to stand on bed to get in and out of the bed. There were no toiletries as mentioned so we had to purchase some, a little annoying, also had to purchase kitchen tea towels and a sponge as the one's left for us were used. Don't like to complain but things like this need addressing.

The location was excellent a stone throw from the beach and local shops. Had a great time on the pier and west hill. Kitchen and bathroom were well equipped. The lounge was very spacious..

The front door wasn't secure enough and I felt insecure about leaving everything in the room. The mattress was too soft maybe collapsed on one side..and the bedding could do with an upgrade. Front window could do with a clean.

Bathroom, bedroom is too small. Not enough kitchen ware.
