The locaties, right oppositie of the metro.

good location, right across the street from a Metro station and taxi stand. A wide selection of grocery stores, boulangeries, quick food, cafes and restaurants were all close by. The apartment was clean, generally well maintained and had everything we needed to cook simple meals and eat in including a nice sized refrigerator with top freezer. Furniture was comfortable and in good condition. Windows opened easily and allowed for good ventilation although with the windows open there is some street noise, but it does quiet down at night. There is a hospital nearby and ambulances pass by, but the sounds did not interfere with our enjoyment of the property. Neighborhood is safe and we felt comfortable walking to and from the Eiffel Tower at night. Three flights of narrow circular stairs take you up to the apartment. if you have lots of luggage, it may take a couple of trips up and down the stairs. There was a basic selection of maps and informational booklets available.

There was a little bit of plaster peeling on one wall in the bathroom as well as some spots of mold in a ceiling corner above a non-functional window. Would have appreciated a list with some local cafe/restaurant recommendations and instructions for using the washer/dryer combo unit.

My husband and I liked that there was a Metro station station across the street. Traveling by public transportation was easy. In addition, there are numerous cafes on the street.

There is nothing we didn’t like. Everything we experienced we expected. For example, there is no elevator in the building. We expected to walk up steps to the apartment. So we did not have any large suitcases.

The location of the apartment is perfect, just in front of the metro station Pasteur. The neighborhood is safe, lots of terraces and great restaurants. The view of Montparnasse Tower from the living room is unique. The host is very nice and in the apartment there is all you need for a great Parisian holiday.

The building does not have the Parisian charm and the smell in the stairs area is not so great.

I liked the location I also liked the cleanliness And I like how the owner was a good man and good manners

Beautiful apartment, in a great neighborhood. Better in real life than photos.
