Die gesamte Anlage ist sehr schön und sowohl das Frühstücks- als auch das Abendessensbuffet lassen keine Wünsche offen. Das Personal war ebenfalls top!

Tolles Zimmer, nettes Personal und tolle Ausstattung. Auf dem Zimmer mit frischem Obst und Champagner überrascht. Sehr zuvorkommend.

Der Strand ist sehr steinig. Ohne Badeschuh eigentlich gar nicht begehbar. Die Gäste halten sich hauptsächlich nach dem Abendessen in ihren Zimmern auf. Vllt mehr Abends an Unterhaltung anbieten, aber mit Stil, sowie es zu dem Hotel auch passt.

The hotel has exceeded my expectations! The staff is super friendly and the rooms comfortable and clean. Great location with direct access to the beach. Swim up rooms have a wonderful sea view. Food is very good with large variety.

It's a 1.30h drive from Heraklion. Renting a car is cheaper than taking a taxi and the drive has very nice views. Swim up pool water was a bit cold in September.

O café do pequeno almoço era muito fraco. O jantar não é nada de espetacular e por favor não comecem a arrumar tudo às 21h15 se o jantar está previsto até ás 21h30, é uma falta de respeito para quem ainda está a jantar.

La ubicación todo y estar apartada de los sitios turísticos mas 'famosos' es un sitio muy tranquilo y tiene una playa al lado con la que no necesitas desplazarte, ya que la playa que esta justo en frente es ideal y con hamacas gratuitas para los clientes del hotel, es de rocas pero si te gusta hacer snorkel es perfecta. Teníamos media pensión y tanto el desayuno como la cena super variado, el menú era diferente cada día y se repetía semanalmente, tenias mucha variedad para escoger. Nos dijeron un regalo de bienvenida con cava y frutas y además coincidió con mi cumpleaños y tuvieron un detalle muy bonito sin que los pidiéramos (no estropeare la sorpresa por si alguien también coincide), pero el personal en general es un 10, no hablan nada de español, pero hacían el esfuerzo máximo para entenderte en ingles (a pesar de que mi ingles es bastante mediocre) y te ayudaban y atendían al instante, muy atentos en todo momento que necesitaras algo. La habitación era perfecta y super amplia, si buscas un sitio para relajarte es simplemente perfecto.

El café del desayuno bastante mediocre, el que entra con el desayuno, si querías café decente tenias que pagarlo aparte, como compensación había una Nespreso en la habitación y renovaban diariamente dos capsulas. La limpieza de la habitación dependía mucho de quien la limpiara, dado que había días que la encontrabas perfecta y otros días prácticamente no hacían ni la cama... pero supongo que es mas por tema del personal y las prisas en hacer las habitaciones que otra cosa, pero como limpiaban la habitación a diario (aunque fuera con prisas) era imposible encontrárselo sucio.

We could not asked for more perfect place then Enorme Santanna Beach hotel for our little holiday. The hotel is fantastic! very new and modern and you can really feel you are in a luxury resort. The design is so simple but so sleek and aesthetic. Everything was spot on! Or room was lovely and the privet swimming pool that we had with our room was an extra bonus and it really helped you relax for example after whole day on the beach, which by the was was also incredible! just meters away from the hotel it was perfectly located and the huge sunbed were the dream to lay down on all the day in the sun. What is the most amazing about this place is definitely all the staff members! they make you feel more then welcome and everyone just seems to be like one big family! they treat all the guests with such a care! A huge thank you to all the restaurant and beach bar staff who made every single day of our stay even more pleasant! Specially the lady Maria from the kitchen who always greets you with the huge smile and was always preparing my ginger and lemon for me before I even asked for it! The hotel itself is not too big which means it doesn't get overcrowded and the way how the rooms are designed it gives you a perfect place for relaxation and also privacy. even tough the hotel was fully booked during our stay it still felt like we were there almost alone. Could not recommend this place more!

The resort overlooks the sea and has stunning, staggered rooms in a minimalist, clean aesthetic. We enjoyed the great service from their friendly staff who were helpful and attentive. Beach access is great and as hotel guests, we got to enjoy the sunbeds for free. We had a double room with a shared pool and great views. The room was well equipped with toiletries, a Nespresso machine, bath robes and slippers. The nightly themed menu at the restaurant was varied and we didn't get tired of what was on offer. The variety was excellent for a buffet-style menu and the ingredients were fresh. The drinks selection was extensive and we enjoyed the different, tasty cocktails. A special shout out to all the staff that made our stay wonderful. Katia at the hotel restaurant who was always cheerful and paid attention to detail. Andreas, Kaia and team at the beach bar who took great care of us while we enjoyed our time by the beach. Stelios at the pool bar who served us amazing cocktails, always with a smile on his face. Ioanna who helped at the pool bar and was so sweet. Anna at the reception who answered all our questions and gave us insightful information. The staff truly made our stay that much more amazing.

The only issue was our toilet which kept running and needed adjustment after every use.

Hotel is clean, new and modern. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Food was delicious and the buffet was plentiful and varied (a different theme every night!). City was just a short taxi ride away.

The staff were really helpful, the rooms were very clean and well maintained. The beds are comfortable. The pool area is fantastic. Overall we really enjoyed our stay.

The food was a bit hit and miss. The views are somewhat obscured because of the way the place is laid out. Access to the beach is via a tunnel under the main road, and the beach itself isn't great, with some rubbish lying around. I'd consider this an island wide problem. The beaches aren't in great condition, and there's a lot of plastic. The powers that be need to get on top of it before it starts to impact on tourism.

The hotel is amazing. We had a breakfast and dinner inluded in the price. We really enjoyed the buffet, there were so much options. And all the food was delicious. The rooms are spacious and modern with nice terrace. And also there are yoga classes at the beach early in the morning 3 times a week, which I found really relaxing. And the gym is also a big plus with its wonderful view.

Maybe the only one thing we didn`t like was the beach. It is really rocky and difficult to get into the water. And the sand is black which makes it really hot and difficult to step or walk on it. Our stay was in May, I can`t imagine how people step or walk on the sand in August.

Stuff is so polite and at service at any time and need. Whole resort is new and very clean. Food is excellent. Connection with beach is trough hallway. Whole atmosphere is great.

There was absolutely no picture neither description that the hotel is literally located on the street. The view from the room is on the street, the restaurant is facing the street, the seaside is separated from the hotel by the street.

We have been all over greece and this resort is absolutely amazing and one if the best we have. The buffet has some of the best traditional greek food. the views are breathtaking. we will be back!
