I came to Goa with my family, found this beautiful place online.I never imagined such a nice property with clear and amazing sea view from my bedroom.Place is close to the beach, well maintained.Very comfortable stay for a family, value for money.It is like home away from home.My kids enjoyed the most with big balconies and rooms.

Super clean new boutique apartment, with ample space - kitchen, living room and separate bedroom. Super friendly and efficient host, to look after your needs and answer any travel related questions/provide restaurant recommendations. Really liked the quite surroundings, waking up to the sounds of the birds and admiring the sunset over the Arabian sea from the balcony of the apartment. Enjoyed cooling down in the swimming pool, after a long walk on the Mandrem beach. Perfect vacation getaway. Can't wait to book this apartment again next year !!

Loved everything.

The location is just 10-15 minutes walk from the Morjim beach and 7- 8 minute drive to Manderem Beach. Rooms have huge balconies.

The owner was very nice and helpful. The room was clean and in excellent conditions. I recommend this house to stay.

Room was very basic and wasnt cleaned the whole time.The sea view is misleading as there is no sea view. There was also no wifi either. Overall it wasnt a great stay.
