The full glass windows! Clean and well heated floorings and spacious living room. The common toilet with designated wet and dry space was also fabulous. There were two toilets and two showers which is adequate for a group of five of us.

The beds were not comfortable, in the bunk room the mattress was hard and thin. In the normal rooms, the beds were similarly hard-ish and sheets were rough. There was also strands of hair on the bed when we first checked in.

High standard facilities. Warm and welcoming staff.

If there is recommendation for restaurant and onsan ofuro with price list as well as the supermarket, that would be perfect.

We had a fantastic time staying at Jade Chalet, team was very responsive to my questions ahead of the trip, and helpful to make dinner bookings. reception well connected before our arrival with room password and also very responsive and helpful during our stay. Chalet in general got everything we need, well equipped, very clean and tidy.

One thing is the pillow, I was unable to sleep well, would be awesome if there is one more pillow option.

We had a very relaxing stay. The place was very clean and they provided everything that we needed.

Our host were so helpful in accommodating our requests and treated us like VIPs. They were very very responsive to all our requests and went out of their way to solve our logistical needs (e.g., transport, etc) and any accommodation needs (e.g., extra beds, etc). My friends and I are extremely grateful for the service provided and extremely satisfied with the accommodation.

Convenience stores seems to be located a bit further away than expected.
