Villa Kumquats is such a charming place. In a good location to access Bezier, the accommodation was spacious, comfortable, spotless & beautifully curated. Great thought was put into the detail and design of the room. We had access to a lovely private garden. We loved the breakfast basket every morning brimming with delicious food which you could have either in your room or in the pretty garden. This was a rare find, an absolute oasis and we will be back.

The room is lovely, very well appointed and opens onto a wonderful garden where we enjoyed our breakfasts. The hosts were charming and very helpful.

There was nothing not to like about the property - it was wonderful.

Great breakfast, basket placed at bedroom door each morning, including bread, croissants, cheese, ham, jams, fresh fruit, muesli, yogurt, coffee. Villa Kumquats located 10 to 15 minute walk from centre of Beziers, check out La Maison Blanche, restaurant 5 minutes from Villa Kumquats, really great food.

The breakfast was amazing, made to feel very looked after and it was clear they have a passion for what they are doing - a lovely experience.

The separate toilet wasn't ideal but with so many other benefits it didnt bother us at all

The room was very thoughtfully finished with great quality fittings, thoughtfully chosen. There was plenty of space to relax separately to the bedroom and the bathroom was also very spacious. The breakfast was absolutely delicious and featured lots of local or homemade products.

Lovely room decor to a very high standard. Fabulous shower. Large room and bathroom with a small conservatory overlooking the garden. Breakfast is served in their lovely garden. Food was very good and the owner extremely attentive and friendly. Excellent location - very quiet but only an easy 10 minute walk into town. We will definitely be back.

We expected there to be air conditioning but there was a Dyson fan. Thankfully it was not too hot.

At once quirky and fantastic, chic and luxurious, the Villa Kumquats is all this and more. our room was large with a wonderful glassed terrace, the bathroom would shame a five star hotel. the breakfast, served outside in the garden was delightful, with the thoughtful inclusion of many local products. The location was 10 - 15 minutes walk from the centre of Beziers.

The bedroom, the breakfast, the ambience and Robert's elegant and friendly service, charming! The house is wonderful, full of details and in a very quiet environment. The rooms are really nice and tastefully decorated. It has been a great experience. We will be back for sure!

Absolutely stunning B&B hotel, with luxurious rooms, bathrooms and breakfast. Lovely little extras here and there to help you relax and settle in. The host, Robert, is amazing. So warm & welcoming and really has created something special at Villa Kumquats. I really recommend this hotel!

Beautiful property, we had a room with a garden. Exceptional breakfast was served in a garden. Our host Robert was very helpful and fun to talk to. Very good location within a walking distance to historic part of the town. Would definitely come back next time we will be visiting that area.Travel a lot and stayed in many different places, this one is definitely one of the best!

Our stay was great! The host is so friendly. He made our stay a stay we will not forget. You can find great things in the little details of the rooms! The garden is beautiful! It made me really happy just being there and enjoy every little thing there. Béziers is also a very nice place where you can do a lot of things and the food is great! We are so happy to have stayed in this beautiful place! The owners did their best to make us feel at home! The decoration is made with lots of fantasy, new things combined with old rustic ones turning every corner to an eye-catcher!

One thing - no air-conditioning..

Best hosts you can imagine, super friendly and at your disposale at any time. Great style, very nice rooms and a cozy “feel like home” vibe. Breakfast was very various and fresh, as for the dinners we had. We couldn’t have had a better place to stay in Béziers!

Wow! Whatever I write can never encompass all the wonderful things we experienced in Robert's villa during our stay. Absolutely incredible place, beautiful garden, large and tastefully decorated room, delightfully large walk-in shower with capsules of oil to add to shower. Bed and pillows were the most comfortable I've ever had and I've lived on 4 continents and have travelled extensively. The large bath towels were soft and fluffy. The food and wine were wonderful; lots of bio and home-made items. The objective of the place is to cocoon their guests and the layout, the furnishings, the food and attention totally helps to achieve the objective. Wonderful time chatting with Robert also. I would so highly recommend Villa Kumquats, but make sure you have time to actually spend time there and enjoy the surroundings and wonderful food and company. Thanks ever so much Robert for making out stay spectacular.
