Dressing table unable to use for dressing due to amount of unnecessary dressing stuff. I e. Tea, coffee, water, cups glasses etc. Squeaky floor boards, lack of hooks for towels, coats etc. Lack of space around the bed. Blackout blinds would be great, eye shields not good for everyone, so goodies look good but not needed, waste of money for hotelier. For me sausages were like eating spam.
Lots of room for improvements but it will take me many years.
We are the owners of a holiday home so we do know what it takes to make people happy.

Great welcome, easy check-in, beautiful room, clean with everything we needed and some lovely extra touches. Breakfast was fresh and plentiful with good coffee and quality orange juice. Very good value for money and a pleasure ro return to after a day at the punk festival!

The rooms was well furnished and comfortable with a nice shower room. It was not very large, but typical of the size of Blackpool B&Bs. There are tea/coffee facilities in the room.
Breakfast is excellent and very well presented. We parked on the front of the premises for the duration of our stay at no additional cost, which was brilliant.

It was tastefully decorated and clean throughout, the staff were all friendly and attentive, and the breakfast was amazing. It was in a great location too.

Loveley freindly Hotel, clean and breakfast was loveley .we asked for weetabix and warm milk as my husband is ill it was no trouble at all .was close to everything very central

Beautiful place. Exactly as the photos. Absolutely everything is to an exceptional standard. The attention to detail in the Alice in Wonderland is great. The kids thought it was amazing. Location it the tower is a 5 minute walk.
Nothing. If I had to pick something it is that in the children’s room could have done with a lamp or night light but that’s it 🤪

Welcome when arrived and shown round room. Landlord/lady very friendly. Excellent breakfast with lots of choice. Parking spaces for car. Bedroom beautifully decorated with a collection of extras incase you forgot anything. Towels changed every second day. Beautiful bar area to relax in with big choice of spirits and beer.
There was nothing to dislike about hotel and staff.

The hotel was immaculate and staff couldn't do enough for us and food was amazing. Excellent location and would definitely staff at Raffles again.
The only downside was we had to leave after 1 night because my daughter was poorly.
There was nothing that I didn't like
