The property is an amazing place to stay. My husband and I rented the house because it had a private pool since with take our pet with us. A friend also stayed with us part of the time which was great because the house is large enough to accomodate far more people than that. It is located in a nice community where you can walk the sidewalks safely for exercise. It is also located directly across the street from the beach with the most amazing place to enjoy the sunrise from the private deck. I will go back to the home if it is available in the future. I highly recommend it.

We have been vacationing in Ormond for almost twenty years and this is the second time we have stayed at this property. The house has everything you might need and the pool was perfect for our young grandchildren to practice swimming. The beach and amenities couldn’t be any more convenient. Looking forward to next year!

The house was a little hard to find at first because there were a lot of shrubs along the driveway that blocked our view the direction we came. The house had a large family area and kitchen which was great and the private pool was nice. It wasn’t as clean as it could have been and we weren’t able to lock the front door which was a bit inconvenient/dangerous. The door got fixed but not until after we left. Otherwise, we had a good time.

Great house and amazing location. We loved having our own private beach entry/deck! Pool was great! We will definitely rent again!

The house needs some tender loving care. We loved that we could seat at least 6 at the dinning table. There were enough beds to sleep and enough restrooms.

Our second stay was as enjoyable as the first. We had a very nice family vacation in spite of spotty weather. Judy is a great host!

The stay was great the only thing I would change for me was to go later in the year because of the non heated pool was a bit on the cool side till the last couple of days of my stay.

House was amazing. Perfect location and loved the pool.

Everything was great but my favorite thing was the private deck on the beach! You do have to cross the road to get to the beach but that didnt bother us at all. We drank our coffee on the deck every morning and watched dolphins play in the water! We were surprised that we even saw two orcas out jumping around! It was priceless! Wanted to book again next year but it is already booked for April!

Nice house away from the busy travel in the city. Great beach, nice pool. House was very spacious. Had a relaxing stay!

Excellent Property with a great location. Only 4 miles to Ormond and Daytona, but remote enough that you feel like you are in an oasis.

We picked the wrong week. One week after Hurricane Ian. Beachfront deck destroyed by the storm so each time we wanted to go to the beach we had to load everything up and drive for beach access. While the pool was open, there was a lot of sand in it so the kids refused to get in it.Also had no idea it was Daytona Bike week. With the house being directly on A1A we heard thousands of motorcycles all week morning, noon, night…and by morning I mean 1-2-3am. We won’t rent on A1A again. The house was clean and living room furniture comfortable. Kitchen nice and well stocked. Clear view of ocean through large windows. Suggest TV’s would be nice in all bedrooms, new chairs for dinette, raise showers head in the front bathroom, add a dresser to front bedroom along with ceiling fan. Owner was very easy to contact and responded quickly

The home was absolutely beautiful and perfect! My husband and both of my sons enjoyed our week. The pool was spectacular and the beach was amazing. It’s been 4 long years since we have been to Florida for our family vacation and this home made it even more special! Thank you for letting us use your beautiful home!

We booked this property for our 10 day family vacation. We had a blast while staying but there are a few things people should know before booking. First the location to the beach is AMAZING. The pool is great!!! We had to buy chairs which we left at the house so ENJOY. lol Judy was super quick with responses and so kind. The house lay out is super weird. You will share bathrooms. The master doesn’t have a bathroom so you use the main bathroom by the living room. Which isn’t a big deal but if staying with multiple families could be a lot. The master also has glass doors with blinds that are see through so that could also be an issue if traveling with others. The tv in the one bedroom doesn’t work because the wifi doesn’t reach to that room. If you think you will have good service or internet here think again. Be ready to have a vacation offline lol it’s kind of nice. We loved our vacation the house is cute. I definitely recommend this house!!! We would definitely rebook!

Everything was clean and in good working order. We had no problems or surprises relative to the property. I did text the owner once regarding a trash / recycling question and she responded promptly. Location was great and kids loved the pool and beach across the street. We had a great trip to FL.

This home is fabulous. Has everything you need for a wonderful vacation. The pool is divine, the deck on the ocean was wonderful. Our host Judy was so helpful and made everything so simple. We left some medicine in the frig and she quickly got ahold of us to let us know. Looking forward to another terrific stay.

I loved the quiet beach and private pool, yet we were close to shops and restaurants. It was me, my husband and four teenagers. The home was spacious, clean and we can’t wait to book again!

We loved this property and the uncrowded beach! The pillows were very flat and the master bedroom stayed hotter than the rest of the house, but overall we really loved the property and enjoyed our stay!

Our family really enjoyed our week at this Ormond Beach house, which has all the conveniences needed for a great vacation. The only drawback is that the master bedroom does not have convenient access to a bathroom, so you must walk through the kitchen to reach the bathroom on the other side of the house, which is also shared with a smaller bedroom. But overall, we did enjoy our stay and would definitely go back. Judy was great to work with!

We had a wonderful beach vacation staying at this property. I would totally recommend this home. You could not beat the private beach and beautiful pool. Everything you need is there, towels, coffee filters, laundry detergent, etc. Judy was wonderful to work with and I appreciate her working with me for our stay.

We enjoyed our stay. The house was in good condition and very well equipped. The pool was well maintained and was nicely lit at night. The massage chair was an unexpected bonus and we took full advantage! We had perfect weather and enjoyed plenty of beach time.

I read all reviews prior to arriving so I knew exactly what to expect. The house was clean, it’s an older home but well maintained and the views!!!! Amazing! The pool area is fabulous, the beach access is great. The house is on a busy road but when you are inside you don’t hear any road noise. It has big windows to take in the views, comfy beds which is important and again location! Would absolutely return.

Our Family had such a great time on our vacation here! The property was beautiful, roomy and spacious. All the beds we as comfy as could be. We were not disappointed at all! A few steps from your door is the Ocean. We loved watching the sunrise from the private beach and deck. Spent all day at the beach, then came back for the pool in the afternoon. We will be definitely planning on staying again. Loved this place!

Beautiful house, property and pool.

Location of home was great! Pool area was wonderful and ocean view was fabulous. The deck overlooking the beach was perfect for early morning coffee. Enjoyed our month stay in this home.

Everything was fine except a non working dryer and no help getting it taken care of even though we reported it on Monday. We had to go to a laundry mat that was 5 miles away. After paying the amount we paid, I felt like we should’ve at least been offered a reimbursement for our time,expense, and trouble. No one even offered. Probably wouldn’t book with this property again due to having this trouble and no one seemed to care. Thank you for listening to my rant.

Property was an excellent choice for our week stay. Property was advertised, close to the beach, plenty of room and everything was in working order. We would definitely consider staying here if we are in the area in the future.
