Great Location. Well equipped house with plenty of room.

We have stayed at several different homes in Lakeside Estates and “It’s 5 O’Clock Somewhere” didn’t disappoint. Communication with the owners was excellent from start to finish. The house was the perfect size for our large extended family. Everything was clean and well organized upon check-in. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you need to cook large family meals. The cove is a super safe “no wake zone” for floating in the water even with young kids. We enjoyed all of the family spaces inside and outside of the house. We were able to park 6 cars out front. We easily parked a large pontoon and two PWC at the dock. The house was perfect for us.

Wonderful stay at this Lakeside property. The water was warm, great neighborhood, cove was fabulous. My family had a wonderful time and we didn't want to leave. Oasis Watersports was great to deal with in providing our boat. They delivered and picked up. Will be visiting this area again!

Everyone had a great time!

This was our second trip to Norris Lake with a group of 3 families. We had 6 adults and 6 "children" raging in ages from 16-20. There was plenty of room for everyone and space to hang out based on age groups. The dock was fantastic and had plenty of room for our boat, the rented jet skis and all the toys we brought. Having the lily pad available was a nice added surprise! Even though the weather did not cooperate during our week's stay, we had a wonderful time and can't wait to return to the lake!

Great property with many bedrooms, spacious kitchen, entertainment options and a swimming cove without a ton of high speed boat traffic. Convenient for days out on Norris Lake in the boat and relaxing evening swimming and floating at the dock. Thanks for a great family vacation location.

I am really happy that we selected your property for our family's vacation.celebration. The property was just as described. Very .clean and well appointed. The kitchen was extremely well stocked, almost any utensil needed was there. Thanks. We were able to enjoy both being outside and inside, the weather cooperated. The only concern, not a critique is having a garbage disposal in the kitchen, that would have been perfection. But overall, we truly enjoyed our stay at your home.

We loved this property and it has so much space. The deck and cove area was so nice.

This is an amazing lake house with everything you will need! Very spacious with 14 beds, hot tub, fire pit and two story deck with a slide. The location is perfect being right next to the jumping bridge. Also very friendly owners if you have any questions or concerns. Highly recommend!

Overall it was a wonderful experience. We had 20 guests and everyone was comfortable and had their own space. The lake and dock were so fun! There were a LOT of stairs! Kept us in shape! But if you have older guests it could be challenging. Really, my only complaint is that my daughter and I got there early to decorate for the birthday we were celebrating. We ended up using all of our extra time making 12 beds. Their Covid protocol” excuse is so ridiculous. Make the darn beds for your guests . The bedspreads are not washed which is gross. The bunk bed comforters were dirty and I pulled them from the bed and used other blankets . We paid a lot of money for a holiday 4 day minimum rental house- to have to make up that many beds was unacceptable in my opinion. Also, checkout at 10am is very difficult. Perhaps an 11am or noon would be more feasible. But again- other than that it was wonderful! We had an amazing weekend!

Our large family/friend group has been renting 13+years at Norris and Lakeside is one of our favorite areas. 5 O’clock Somewhere is, by far, one of the most spacious, well-designed, and cleanest properties in the cove. Better yet the beds/mattresses - unbelievably comfortable! Enjoyed having private rooms with mostly king/queen beds as we were adult couples - which is appreciated. Most amenities were provided. Only recommendation is a step stool by the commercial washer as my short legs had to jump to reach down in the laundry! 😂 Commercial washer/dryer also a huge plus. Thanks Amy for the wonderful accommodations. Perfect week & hosts.

Everything went well. We dodged the thunderstorms. The lake was warm. Everyone had a great time.

Renting experience was seamless however a smoke alarm kept going off on Saturday afternoon, which is an early departure, as the alarm wouldn’t silence itself, causing us to leave early

Excellent house, great host. Had a wonderful time with family. I highly recommend this house to large families looking to stay on a quiet cove on the lake. Marina nearby to rent a pontoon boat. Walmart and another grocery store 15-20 mins. away.

We had a great time with 4 other families. The home is beautifully appointed and offered plenty of space for all of us to spread out. The game room was great for our teens and the upstairs was great for big family meals. The dock and slide made the trip. Our kids decided they now like lake life more than salt life! The only thing that would have made it better is if floats/life jackets were available. Also, pay attention their directions, we trusted google and everyone in the car was car sick. Would definitely rent again.

We had an enjoyable time at this property. The location is prime at the end of a no wake zone which allowed for swimming off the dock. It also was about 15 minutes from the marina so we were able to rent a boat to take out for the weekend. Overall - the house was very clean and everything went smoothly. The hot tub wasn’t working while we were there which was disappointing as that was one of the features we wanted. I would definitely stay there again.

We had a great experience staying here! The dock is great and it felt very homey. The owners were very helpful and quick to respond to any questions or issues.

We had a great time at It's Five O'Clock Somewhere for our family reunion. Great spot right on a bay with other vacation rentals on Norris Lake. We rented a pontoon boat from the marina and kept it at the dock for the week. We enjoyed swimming, going down the slide, hot-tubbing, grilling, and making s'mores over the fire pit. Just remember to bring your own floats and beach towels or buy some when you're there.

The cabin was in outstanding condition with plenty of linens and dishware. Even the hand soap dispensers were full. The cabin had plenty of space inside and out to accommodate our family of 17 people. We could be together or we could find private space if we wanted. The location is ideal. It's at the end of a cove so there wasn't much boat traffic. The kids could play in the water all day. Yet the no wake ride back to the cabin wasn't long at all. We rented a boat and wave runner and the dock easily accommodated both. Good time.

Just returned from an annual group trip and this house did not disappoint. Plenty of space for our large group, fantastic communication with the owners, super fast response from the local property manager when a couple of small things came up (propane tanks that ran out, power surge that knocked out power to a couple of bedrooms) and great location on the lake. Our group loved It's 5 O'clock Somewhere!

We had a larger group for a full week, and this house had space for everyone to feel comfortable and everything we needed to stay entertained even on rainy days! A beautiful stay.

The house worked great for our girls weekend. Communication with the property manager was very easy and they replied quickly. The house has two refrigerators which was very help with the amount of food and drink for 15 adults.

This is a great home! Exactly as listed and beautiful! Perfect place for several couples who need more than a twin bed or a bunch of beds crammed in one room. Boat dock and jet ski lifts are perfect. House is pretty deep into the cove, but that allows for a lot of privacy and swimming right off the dock. Highly recommend this house!

The house is beautiful and the lake and amenities were wonderful.

The house is very nice. There are five floors which helps keep people spread out and not feeling on top of each other. Everything was clean, well stocked, and functioning properly. The hot tub was great and our kids enjoyed playing pool / ping-pong. The only bummer was the lake was drained. I think this place would be great over the summer when the lake is full.

We had 14 people in the house and were NOT crammed. Plenty of room for adults and kids to spread out. Owner was easy to get in contact with prior to the stay and during. Went for Christmas and they even went out and got us a small tree!!! Ready to come back in the Summer!

My family, friends and I were extremely impressed with the property. We had a total of 22 people and we all were comfortable for the entire 3 days. We are planning on going back to the same property.
