Eagle’s Roost is everything. We love the views, the proximity to trails/town, the comfort, the space, the yard, the front porch (morning, day, night), the kitchen, the fireplace. The owners and management company are equally responsive if ever needed. We hope to be back.

My family stayed here for a long weekend and had a great time! The house is exactly as described- clean, well supplied, wonderful kitchen and the patio space is great! Hosts were extremely responsive and helpful.

House has an excellent layout for families with a master bedroom upstairs and three bedrooms downstairs. Well stocked kitchen, clean and efficient hot tub and a great fenced yard for our Frenchie. The front platio deck was our favorite for hanging out and enjoying the incredible view. The only downside was the road in front of the house was busy and created a little noise but not significant. We would definitely stay here again if traveling to Summit County.

8 of us stayed at this cabin and we loved it. Close proximity to ski lifts and town, beautiful location and views and we absolutely loved the hot tub.

Our family of 5 loved this home away from home as explored all that Breckenridge and Frisco had to offer. It had everything you might ever need, plenty of space for everyone and was in a great location. Couldn’t have asked for anything better.

The code for the door didn't work an i had to call 3 times to get someone to give us another code. Everything else was top notch except the BBQ grill was filthy

We had the best weekend in Breck in this cabin which could not have been in a better location. The amenities all worked great and plenty of room for everyone. Highly recommend.

Well appointed kitchen (induction cooktop has a learning curve, manual in upper right kitchen cabinet). Nice backyard for children to play.
Plenty of sleep space. Nice boot room. Hot tub. Enjoyed our stay.

We were very happy with the accommodation. It was clean and comfortable with a well stocked kitchen and basic toiletry needs. My kids loved the hot tub. It was also a short distance from town and gondolas to the ski resort.

The property was extremely clean. Just the right amount of space for our family of six. Everything we needed was readily available. Location was close to downtown without being in the middle of the crowds. Excellent view from the front deck of the five peaks. Overall a wonderful experience. Master bedroom mattress is very firm. Too firm for us. Suggest adding a light in the backyard for taking pets out at night.

The property was clean and was as described. The views off the deck at sunset were fabulous and hot tub was very relaxing after hiking all day. Would highly recommend this property to others.
The only downsides to the property was the street traffic was higher than anticipated and there should have been more supplies available like laundry detergent, garbage bags, coffee that you would expect to have at a nicer hotel but overall excellent stay!

My husband and I stayed at this property with our dog for a long weekend. The house has everything you could need- toiletries, kitchen stocked with spices, cookware, loads of board games, cable tv. There are even dog bowls, bags, and tethers provided. Clean and well-maintained. Perfect location about a 5 minute drive from downtown Breck.

We had a great 4 weeks staying at the Eagles Roost house. My wife and two young kids had plenty of room the whole time. We had both sets of grandparents come visit with plenty of room. Location was great to get to all that Breckenridge has to offer. The fenced back yard was great since we had our dog with us. Great front balcony with the view of the ski slopes. Great trip!

It was such a pleasure to walk into Eagle’s Roosr after a long day of travel and have the beds made up with comfortable clean sheets and bright clean white towels hanging on the clean bathroom towel racks. It was also lovely to have hair dryers provided in each bathroom so I did not have to pack my own.
The views from the hot tub and deck are spectacular.
I can’t wait to return to Eagle’s Roost in the winter. I’m certain it is an amazing winter destination.

This property exceeded our expectations! The house has everything you would ever need, from the hot tub to the beautiful appliances and spacious kitchen! TVs in every room. The gorgeous deck and beautiful backyard. Our kids played for hours outside in the fenced in yard, beautiful wildflowers. This is the perfect rental!

It was late season so didn't ski but very short drive to downtown and the resort.

My family and I had a wonderful stay at your property. The house was fully stocked with everything that my family of 6 needed. The mountain views from the front of the home were amazing! We loved the hot tub, fireplace, and heated floors. The fenced in yard was great for our dog- she also loved spending her spring break at this property! The location was great. The owners were very responsive and helpful. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking to travel to the area. My family and I hope to return soon!

This is a great house located minutes from the Main Street of Breckenridge. It has all of the amenities needed to make your stay enjoyable, relaxing, and convenient. Would definitely stay there again

Friends and family ski trip. Great home to stay in. Well organized amenities. Kitchen was well supplied and able to feed our large group.
Hot tub was a great addition with a view of the slopes.
We stayed for the weekend, but will be back next year for longer.

House was nice, but very small for 7 people and an infant. Only 1 en suite bathroom made it challenging for sharing. Kitchen extremely well stocked and everything worked well. We would pay closer attention next time to square footage.

Great stay, close proximity to downtown Breck but still requires a drive. Not walkable in winter. Home was clean but a few things needed small repair (loose faucets/railings/knobs). Wish there were specific towels for hot tub & a few ppl fell getting out and walking inside due to ice & the rubber mat. Was smaller in person than we thought but never felt too cramped. Never received check in email so had to contact the rental company via phone while we were all sitting outside on the deck with groceries for 10mins from the start. It was also nice a crew came to shovel but would have liked to been notified since we were heading to the mountain and they were parked right on front of the garage/front door so we had to wait. I would say the actual owner was great to work with and very communicative.

The house was in a great location. Close to Main Street and the Mountain. The pictures did make the home look larger than it was. For 6 adults and two children, it felt pretty cramped.
Otherwise, the home was clean and the management was responsive whenever we had questions.

A well appointed, clean home with close (1.5 miles driving) proximity to town and skiing. Includes everything you need for a family vacation including every kitchen amenity imaginable, modern appliances, grill, hot tub, king size beds, plenty of bathrooms (there were 7 of us), lots of towels, table games and conveniences for storing ski equipment. Great view of Peak 8 from the house. The town of Breckenridge is beautiful with plenty shopping and dining options from pub food/pizza to fine dining. We would easily recommend this home for any family looking for a memorable trip to Breck! Thank you David.

Beautiful clean comfy home, everything we needed or wanted, up the mountain with incredible views, beautiful fun walk in to town, big fenced in backyard for two silly dogs. Incredibly responsive owner, so kind, thoughtful and helpful. Highly recommend and we will stay again if we are lucky enough to book!!

This place was perfect for our family. Our 3 and 5yr old sons enjoyed the small fenced in yard as well as our dog. It was close to downtown but far enough away that we weren’t bothered by anything and had privacy. If we make it back to Breck, we would stay here again.

My wife, daughter and boyfriend (along with their French Bulldog), had a wonderful week in Breckenridge. David's place was exactly as advertised, beautiful home with many amenities, very clean and perfectly located for hikes and nice walks into town. We will definitely return and enjoy this beautiful city and home again!!
