the appartment is in a good location close to beach and food facilities. It is not difficult to get there and the neighborhood is relatively safe. I said relative as i saw in a couple of ocassions homeless, drunk people and even an ugly family fight.

The appartment is in an old status and many furniture items are very used, rusty and damaged. The bathroom is rusty, smells bad, some old exhausted aromatisers and I had to purchase cleaning supplyies, the kitchen had only superficial cleaning and missing basic cleaning stuff, furniture in bedrooms is old and some years ago had some paint. A strange thing there is the fact that the elevator had no inner door and personally I find this worring especially when travelling with kids. I never encountered such solution anywhere.

Na descrição dizem ter gel de banho mas afinal eram apenas dois mini sabonetes; o secador de cabelo era muito fraco; fogão a gás e tivemos de fazer a ligação da botija e auxiliar de isqueiro para o acender e era de muito pouca potência levando a demorar mais a cozinhar; tinha apenas um rolo de papel higiénico para uma estadia de 4 dias em que eram 4 pessoas, alguma loiça mal lavada; não tinha nada de boas vindas aos hóspedes; no quarto twin apenas um candeeiro de mesa funcionava sendo que era a única tomada perto das camas; e a Internet era fraca.

Die Wohnung ist sehr gut gelegen, es hat genügend Parkplätze vor dem Haus. Der Zutritt mit dem Code hat gut funktioniert.

Die Einrichtung ist alt und schmuddelig. In der Küche hat es Unmengen an Geschirr und Geräten, alles ist zusammengewürfelt. Wir haben die Küche nie benutzt, es hat uns angeekelt. Und auch das Badezimmer war unappetitlich und wir haben aufs Duschen verzichtet.

The best thing about this apartments is that is has windows on both the north and the south sides, so it was possible to make some air draft and it wasn't too warm during the night (enough to be able to get asleep). The apartment was nice and clean, and the host had given clear instructions on how to get in there.

The shower rack in the bathroom was broken - it was impossible to fix the showerhead on it. The shower hose was in a bad condition. Would have given 10/10, but due to this it's only 9/10. A minor thing - the WiFi didn't work well in the bedroom, as the router was in the kitchen.

Fantastic location, about a one minute walk to the beautiful beach. Lots of bars, restaurants, shops nearby. The apartment has all the facilities you could need and is comfortable. Communication was great and there was quick response to queries. Would recommend.

Self catering, good location, communication with host excellent. Plenty of crockery although very mismatched. Kitchen , dining area and lounge quite cramped for 4 people, although the 2 bedrooms were very large.

A few essentials like washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets, etc. for visitors coming by plane would be useful. These items cannot not be brought due to weight restrictions and for a weeks stay, buying a small quantity is almost impossible. The hoover was full and smelly. Better cleaning materials would be an asset.
