Great location, right in the center of the city with easy access to all attraction. Host responded to all inquiries in a timely manner.

Location being waterfront with the bund-park was was lovely with good parking beside the house. TV had lots of options to chose to watch. Kitchen had good tools to use.

Air condition was loud and uses white tape to cover space, makes it feels dangerous. Bath tub can not be used and old pipe heads should be taken off & fix the broken tiles. Back terrace stairs feels not safe to touch - use from the rusty look. Water leaked through the inside frame in the dining room when heavy wind-rain. For Transparency: Since writing the review, the owner wrote as follows : "Mark, thank you for taking the time to leave feedback. I thought most of it was fair and I apologize you didn't have a great stay. I also know that you had more than two guests in my property during your stay which is a violation of my house rules. I would appreciate if you do not book any of my properties moving forward as I do not wish to host you again." To be clear: My wife and I and our dog were the only guests that stayed at the property.

Loved almost everything about this apartment. It was clean and spacious, beautifully decorated, and had every amenity we needed (glasses, coffee, even ice cubes in the freezer). The host was pleasant and professional, and provided detailed instructions and recommendations.

The only thing i would suggest is some signage to mark the house or parking lot, but we were able to find it thanks to the detailed instructions from the host.
