Close to the beach and all the restaurants and shops. Ideal for a short stay.

It was super close to the beach and super markets. It had a lovely homely feel and check in was super easy. Very friendly neighbourhood and people eager to help.

The location of the property is excellent as it is central to the bustling seaside town of Posos, with local cafes and shops close by. There is lovely bakery at the end of the street, where you can have coffee and pastries. Various grocery shops are only a five minute walk. The flat we stayed in is on the first floor, with two private balconies - one at the front and one at the rear of the property, which we were glad of. The kitchen is a good size with a table and chairs. We slept in the double bedroom, which is comfortable, with a firm mattress, AC and plenty of storage. We preferred that there wasn't a TV in the property as we like to switch off. Basic decor throughout in this modest and charming apartment overlooking gardens in a central location. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend the Grapevine Rooms.

We would have valued having a bedroom side lamp as the ceiling light is very bright and not suitable for reading before bed. It would have been beneficial to have a shower hook on the wall - to facilitate a shower while standing up.

The apartment is nice and simple. There is everything you need in the kitchen, a balconi with a view of greenery. Convenient location. When we arrived, there was no hot water, but the manager quickly took measures and everything was fine.

Close to the beach, supermarkets and farmacy in the area. It was very clean, all that you need can be found in the apartament, like toaster, coffe maker etc.

The apartment is quite small, the furniture old.

Parking place quite difficult to find, mosquitoes.

Nice appatment with spacious terrace & garden view, well equipped spacious kitchen, centrally located, 3 minutes to the beach. AC unit in 2-BR appartment only in the kitchen (not in BR), but was not a big issue as the appartment is on groud floor in the shade of the garden trees.
