Completely renovated and tastefully decorated, this well appointed condo has just what you need for a lovely getaway. Beautiful views of sunrise! Our family has stayed in this unit more than once and consistently found a clean, welcoming environment. The kitchen has extras like a crockpot. Plenty of linens. Wood for a fire is at your fingertips. We will be back!

Used as a base for catching a play in Staunton, and for hiking. Celebrating birthdays. Easy drive to Staunton, and great hiking very nearby. Located 5 min walk to store on the property with food and wine. Also a gas station, restaurant and bar. Everything one could need. The home is beautiful. Immaculate and the kitchen has everything you need. Communication with the host was easy. November was a great time to be there; not many people. Layout was great for two couples. Bedrooms were far enough apart to be private.

My husband and I had a very relaxing time in your condo. It was exactly as pictured and had all the amenities we needed. Everything was spotless when we arrived. We loved that there were restaurants in the resort.

This property is a wonderful wooden oasis set in the trees with easy access to resort amenities. The space is cozy, with a fantastic balcony, and a well equipped kitchen. This was our second stay with the same property owner and both of their locations are truly lovely! Highly recommend!

Our stay at this condo was fabulous. It is in a great location right near the lodge and market and we were able to hike to a waterfall straight from the property. The condo was impeccably clean and well organized. It was in perfect condition and we especially loved the sunken den and deck with a view. It was well stocked and had everything and anything you would need. We had a wonderful ladies' weekend enjoying the much cooler (than home) weather! I would definitely stay here again and hope to bring the family next time!

“Well done!” We have stayed in many VRBOs here at Wintergreen and all over. Niquita's Dobie unit isn’t the largest or the most expensive we’ve rented but we must say, overall it is certainly the nicest. It's clear that Niquita has "done this before" and put thought into her execution. This condo is nicely updated and fashionably, functionally and tastefully decorated…and it’s CLEAN! Finally, she's done the details so well. Nothing's missing, and what is there is easy to find and works (no cast off pots with loose handles, dull knives, puzzles with missing pieces, etc.) Our quick trips away from home aren’t bank breakers, but it’s nice to know that we’ve received good value and enjoyment for the dollars spent. Now, about Niquita as a host. Phenomenal. Our planned weekend getaway to visit family, quickly turned into a family medical emergency (not to do in anyway with the resort or the property), but Niquita was so accommodating to arising special needs. She was always accessible and kind. We hope to stay with her again.

We wanted to introduce our little ones to skiing and the location could not have been better. The condo was clean, with really cute renovations. We would definitely love to come back.

This is a great condo in a great location - couldn't have asked for any better. Communication with the owners was awesome. We had one minor question that we messaged via VRBO and had an answer within the hour. We hope to stay here again in the future.

Just perfect for our family to enjoy our annual ski trip to Wintergreen. Condo is meticulously cleaned and maintained, tastefully decorated and designed and so very cozy. We absolutely love staying here. Naquita is such a great host too :)

My family so enjoyed this home. It is impeccable and comfortable, fully appointed, and with great proximity to the slopes. We were able to fully enjoy our time together as a family. The ski locker was brilliant and kept the mess of boots and gear out of the home. The working fireplace was a wonderful treat for the children. It is very close to the Highlands Express lift, which made starting and ending our time on the slopes convenient and quick. It is a beautiful home and we arena thankful for the opportunity to treasure it as the owners clearly do.

We had a great weekend staying at this slope side condo. It was extremely clean, cozy, and very nicely updated. We were just a short walk from the rental shop, kids’ treehouse, and restaurants. We would definitely love to stay again.

It was the perfect spot for our ski trip! Previously we've stayed in Dobie condos a bit further down the mountain but due to snow conditions (or lack of 😅) the condos further down would’ve required a drive or far walk to the open sloped. This was the perfect location right in front of the express lift!

Perfect slope-side retreat at Wintergreen. Very close to lift and wintergreen village amenities. The unit was recently updated with nice touches. Everything was in good working condition.

My family and enjoy a short mountain adventure in this beautiful and well appointed condo annually. As it’s our third year, we truly feel at home here. Lots to do and close to everything, from winter sports to sledding, eating, hiking, drinking, overlooking. We love playing board games, coloring, watching movies, and building legos by the fire. We’ll be back!

Absolutely spectacular. The place was spotless and decorated to perfection. The VIEW was priceless. The appliances and many other creature comforts were first class. I can’t thank the owners enough for making our weekend very special.

This was such a great vacation rental! It was clean and pristine and cozy inside, close to everything, and checking in was a breeze! The wifi worked perfectly. The beds were very comfortable. The owner checked in by message to make sure we had all we needed. We will definitely be back!
