Overall our main reason was to skii trip to visit Breckenridge and Keystone for 2 days. And it was closer to them and every other necessity places such as liquor stores and grocery shopping places.

Had our son in the Dillon Marina sailing program, couldn't ask for a better location. Place was well appointed and as advertised would gladly stay again.

Everything was great. The only negative, was when it was time to check out and I went to start the dishwasher. There was no dishwashing detergent in the apartment. Then I started to get a sinking feeling that the dishes we were eating off of for the past three days were most likely only rinsed and not washed due to the absences of detergent. Yuck.

After a day of skiing it was always nice to relax at the condo by the fireplace. The condo had everything we needed and had great views of the lake and the mountains. Location was very central. Walkable to a few bar and grills in city center in Dillon. Close to shopping, skiing, restaurants, various entertainment venues and groceries. I enjoyed walking the trail along the lake as well.

We highly recommend this property and would love to stay here again! Best location in Dillon; can see lake views, Mountain views, and condo is on a corner so very private! Walk to Pug Ryan’s and other places to eat, and walk to Dillon Ampitheater and playground. Easy check-in and good communication from mgmt co. Highly recommend!!!

We were told by the associate that since there are no bookings the following day we can check out by noon without incurring any late fees. However the day of check out we received a phone call at around 10:30am from the management office asking why we did not check out yet and demanded that we check out immediately. We explained that we were offered late check out by noon but the lady said that we have no notes saying so. We had to rush to check out without showering or eating our breakfast for the management’s lack of internal communication. We would have planned to check out at 10 am had we not offered a late check out the previous day. This check out process and lack of management’s communication resulted in a disappointing stay which would have been otherwise a wonderful stay. Another minor comment - would be good to put a note somewhere in the condo about where the laundry is located.
