We loved staying at this house. The owners are very responsive. We didn't have any issues, and the pictures show exactly what the house is like. There are a lot of amenities, including bikes, golf clubs, pool floats and noodles, beach chairs, beach umbrella, and coolers. The beaches are about 20 minutes away, but it is very easy to get to the beaches. Restaurants are about 20 minutes away, too, but there are some fast food chains closer. I would recommend this home to anyone. It was great!

We enjoyed our spring break stay at David & Diane’s. The home is conveniently located near our favorite local beaches, tennis courts, shops and restaurants. We had a great time visiting Gasparilla Island and spending time with family. The home is very clean and well-equipped. We are already looking forward to another visit. David and Diane are excellent hosts.

Our stay was wonderful. This home is very clean and comfortable and nicely decorated. The heated pool was a huge plus as the weather was a little cool. Dealing with the owners was a breeze and any texts were promptly replied to.

Our vacation home had everything we needed to relax after a busy family wedding. It’s a great location to numerous beautiful beaches which are only 20 minutes away. And when you don’t want to picnic on the beach; our vacation home was close to great local restaurants, shopping, hiking and a fantastic community parks for the pickleball enthusiasts
The kitchen was well supplied and spacious for making those yummy family recipes
The sleeping arrangements were fantastic and the beds were so so comfortable
All in all, we will be back soon

Great holiday villa, well appointed with a great pool area and views over the pond that was full of wildlife. Well placed for golf, right next to one of the local courses, very friendly people at the course. Also close to the amazing beaches! Great holiday!

The house was exceptional. The furnishings, appliances, and the decor was all very high end. We really loved the layout of the home and the pool area. Everything you could possibly want was there for you to use. The house was spotless, and the neighborhood was very quiet. We were close to the beaches, restaurants, and grocery stores too. We had a great stay at this house in Rotonda West. It was super clean and comfy, just like the description. Diane, the host, was quick to answer our questions, which was a big help.

This home was beautiful and the perfect place to celebrate our daughters graduation. Very spacious with everything we needed. All the beach amenities were great. Kitchen was well stocked and a very comfortable home. We enjoyed the pool area and I loved bird watching in the morning.

What a marvellous place, it is quiet, comfortable with a magnificent view on the pound from sunrise to sunset. We enjoyed the pool and the lanai. I strongly recommend this home. We bicycled, played tennis and pickelball, golf, 15 minutes from the Englewood beach. We had a wonderful vacation!

We found this villa to be very comfortable and spacious. It had everything we needed. The mattress in the Master bedroom was new so it made for a really good nights sleep. The pool was lovely as the temperature was just right for anytime of day that we decided to have a dip. We always enjoy our vacation on the Rotonda and hope to return again soon.

We highly enjoy our stay here during our short vacation. Great location and the lanai with the pool is amazing. It’s a short 12-15 min drive to several beautiful beaches. The host was very responsive and took care of every last detail. We would like to return here again!

This was our 2nd stay here..would have been third but they were booked last year. The house is beautiful and stocked with everything you need for your stay! Love the addition of the tv on the lanai. Diane was very helpful whenever we had questions or needs. I would most definitely recommend this house!!

Perfect location and amenities. 3 older guys going fishing with charters out of Gasparilla marina every year. Appreciate the big beds and separate bathrooms (other rentals had bunks or trundle beds often in the 3rd bedroom)

This property definitely exceeded my expectations. The pictures do it no justice. If you are looking to get away from the hustle and bustle on vacation but still be close to beaches and shops, this is the place to go. Owners have it all for you and very organized. Perfect location to go anywhere in the Englewood/Venice/Ft Meyers area. House is amazing with the most comfortable beds. The pool is heated and very refreshing. Dinner out on the lanai watching TV was fantastic. A must stay!

From the moment we booked, all the way through the stay, Diane, the host, provided excellent communication. The house is in a very nice, quiet, and friendly neighborhood. The house had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. It was nice to have chairs, an umbrella, and a cooler for the beach. The pool was always warm and the provided pool floats were great. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality! We hope to be back!

Wonderful stay
My husband and I had a wonderful stay! Our family visited for a week and everything was perfect! We appreciate the easy check in and the communication from Dave and Diane. They are amazing hosts and always helpful! We all enjoyed the pool! The house is equipped with everything you need. The neighborhood and location are perfect! We never ran out of things to do. We’re looking forward to returning next year!
