Very clean
The heat didn’t work properly blew out cold air

The staff was excellent - so pleasant even though he was on the second of his 2 shifts that day. He was so helpful in getting the things we needed and provided information. He had been with the organization for 13 years and at this particular location sincevit opened in 2019.
Rooms comfortably & clean. Very up-to-date and clean- well cared for.
Located so close to lots of restaurants & shopping.
Good breakfast options. They even have laundry facilities .

Location was great
Could not provide bedding for the pull out sofas for our rooms. Claimed they only had sheets available. Promised to provide them in a few hours only to be told there was none to provide.

Well appointed room for the price. Staff was friendly. The facilities were clean and looked brand new.

Great location! Near to all restaurants, shopping centers, theaters and more! Room was spacious, shower was awesome, and bed was very comfortable! Morning breakfast was also very good and free!!

The hotel is clean and fully stocked also in a good part of town. The staff were quick to help when I needed it.

Nothing. room smelled like smoke. Turn on AC to clear the air.
Parking was limited. Desk had a burn mark on it.

Severally SHORT STAFFED and no ice machine on 2nd floor was major imposition to us who are handicapped.

The bed was comfortable and clean, breakfast was adequate, staff was friendly and proactive (we had loud people overhead).
Very noisey, sink cracked, toilet ran, shower was a tub, debris all over the lawn, we looked out over a dumpster, ice machine on main floor, two “2” handicap parking spaces, very limited parking, only two luggage carts, front desk played loud head banging music during breakfast.

Newer hotel (within the last couple years). Very clean, good breakfast. Great value for the money!
There’s no ironing board in the room

Continental Breakfast was very nice and we enjoyed having that to look forward to. We have stayed here two different times. There is a wonderful gentleman by the name of Bradley who works there. He is courteous, efficient and very dedicated to providing excellent service to hotel guests! Hotel is so clean and we love the rooms. Thank you!
