This was our second stay at the property and hopefully not the last. Everything was excellent. We had a wonderful time!

We had a chance to get to Table Rock Lake for an after Christmas stay since I was family all together for the first time in a year. And we made a great choice! This property was spacious, clean, in a quiet area and just right for an extended family. We will definitely be back. And, it was a great value and a short drive to all of the hustle and bustle of Branson.

We had plenty of room for our party of 9. Beautiful views and the hot tub was awesome. The only minuses where the downstairs door was not keyed so we couldn't go in through that door, which made it harder with everyone having to go through the front door. Also the garbage disposal needs cleaned, it smelled rotten. I did put ice, baking soda and lemon down it, which helped some. But we would stay here again.we all had a great time.

This home was not to a typical house clean standards. Be aware they charge an exorbitant price for a clean fee, but porch and furniture so dirty we refused to sit on it. Killed 6 wasps during our stay. Bathroom sinks and faucets not wiped down. Left one 1/2 roll to toilet paper. Glasses and coffee cups smelled so we had to wash what we used prior. Hot tub was not new as advertised: chlorine so strong everyone got a headache. Jets do not all work. House needs updating and new HVAC system. Dehumidifiers vents taped to windows leading outside. Not a 4-5 star resort.

Overall a great stay with minor annoyances.
Remotes for tv & lights mixed up and not working due to old batteries, took 2 days to get the porch light shut off and made it a little bright in the room with the lake view.
Shared driveway and fire pit that wasn’t called out in the description. My family still enjoyed the house but could have done without the little annoyances

We were a little disappointed in our stay. The house was clean but pretty beat up, walls/trim hadn’t been touched up in years, stained couches.
The only working TV was in living room. Basement tv wouldn’t even turn on at all.
No central air but really tacky looking window units throughout. Not easy to use, this house temps weren’t great.
Patio kind of gross, hot tub cloudy and set to 105! No wood left out for fireplace.
Overall it served our propose, but glad we only had to stay one night.

Stayed with a family of 9 people. House is a bit dated and the outside could maybe have been cleaned up a bit more but it served our purpose very well and appreciated dealing with Rent Branson. They communicated well and were nice to deal with. Thanks

Pictures are very deceiving. This place is in bad shape. This includes the grounds as well. Definitely not worth the very hefty price we paid per night.

To start with the great- you can't ask for a better view and it was wonderful to be able to walk down to the lake. There was ample outdoor seating, although I think if the other houses had been occupied it would have been more awkward to be sharing a yard, but for our stay it was wonderful. It's a fantastic area.
The house itself was very clean and tidy, but very musty smelling our entire stay, even with the AC running. I would also caution anyone bringing an elderly relative or a small child that there are very steep step downs into the kitchen, which isn't a deal breaker, but just be aware. The step is not the average sunken room step down, so for someone with mobility issues, it could be a challenge. The house is otherwise exactly as described. There is a very large washer and dryer in the basement which was also great to have.
The customer service was great and very responsive. We will definitely use RentBranson again in the future.

We had the best family vacation. There were 6 adults and 5 kids. We had plenty of space. The host was great with communication and everything was very easy and as described! Perfect location to drive into Branson. We are already talking about staying again next year.

We couldn't have picked a better home or location for our Branson family getaway. The home was clean, spacious, and had a beautiful view and yard. We were able to step right into the lake and fish from the shore. And, we were just minutes to all Branson has to offer. The Rent Branson team was amazing; they offered great suggestions and responded to our questions immediately. We'll definitely return.

Renting this property was a seamless process and the ability to communicate with ease was a plus. Check-In instructions were easy to follow as were check out. The added bonus of local information was also very helpful.

I rented this place to be able to have my family of 10 to stay and have fun together. The place was perfect for us. Kids loved the pool table and swimming off dock. Place was great as we had lots of room to spread out. Host was always available when we had questions. Kitchen had everything we needed.

Family Vaca
We had a large family vacation reunion. The farmhouse has a AC system that is a bit small leaving us hot on the first night. But, the rental group was quick to respond and brought us a window unit. The window unit along with closing the vents Dow stairs made it very comfortable. We had a fantastic time! Highly recommend.

enjoyed our stay .. loved the wood burning fireplace.. home equipped with everything you could need.. view was wonderful... so close to big cedar for much less and was able to bring our whole family, including our 4 legged members. plan to go back in the summer and enjoy the lake more

Property was as described. Enjoyed the wood burning fireplace. Kitchen is great with plenty of kitchenware and amenities. Beautiful view from back porch, living room and kitchen window. Master bath was nice and roomy. Very nice place to stay!
