Great place for our family to spend spring break! Plenty of room for our entire family with a great kitchen and hot tub right outside the door. We couldn’t have asked for a better house.

This home was the perfect size for 3 families with children. Nice to have the multiple suites for adults and the bunk room for the kids. Location to the slopes was so EASY!! The home is showing wear and had a few issues and is need of new carpet and updating the living room furniture but overall a nice home that I would stay at again.

This house was beautiful and large. Very nice property with even heated storage for ski equipment in the garage. We enjoyed cooking together and using the hot tub.
Cleaning kit for the kitchen had some things missing that property management wasn’t able to provide for us but we just picked up from the store.
This place has everything you need for a home away from home ready to go.

The house is nice and a short drive to downtown. Overall, it is spacious and very comfortable. It has a detatched garage, which was helpful for one night when it snowed heavily. It also has a nice ski locker in the garage for your gear. Overall it was a great place to stay for a week.

We have traveled to Breckenridge many summers over the years for vacation and this property was hands down the best property we have stayed at.We traveled with another family and had a total of 8 people (4 adults, two college age children and two teenagers) and had plenty of room to spread out at the house when we weren't enjoying other activities in the area.The deck provided the perfect location for daily happy hour and to grill our dinner on the nights we ate in. The hot tub and fire pit provided a relaxing way to end each night!The kitchen is extremely well stocked allowing for any type of cooking/baking/food prep that you will need to do.I can't recommend this property enough.Thanks for sharing this home with us!

We had a group of adults who stayed for a ski weekend. We loved the house immensely. Everything is updated and well kept. The house was spacious for our group. We loved the private hot tub and the ski locker in the garage. We are hoping to return next year!
The shuttle makes getting to and from the town or slopes a breeze. About a 5 minute walk in ski boots.

Stayed a few days for a family ski trip. Great property, plenty of room, exactly as advertised in the listing. As should be clear from the listing, you will not be walking to the gondola from here but the shuttle stop is accessible. Very responsive property management - a shower drain clogged and someone was over the next day to fix it. Overall we had a great experience.

Our family loved our stay here. The kitchen and dining was spacious and well stocked and the entire place was clean and comfortable. The heated gear room in the garage was such a warm treat to start the day before the slopes. Appreciate that shorter stays than a week are accepted.Two improvements and 1 word of caution: plastic wine glasses should be swapped for glass, towel rack in main floor bath needs to be secured better, and one spot in the garage is too short even for a CR-V.

Our family stayed at the Oberbreck house to attend our son's wedding. We were pleasantly surprised at the beautiful home and it's easy access to hiking trails all over the place. It was also no more than a 30 minute into downtown Breckinridge which was hopping with bars, restraunts and shopping opportunities. The house itself was beautiful clean and well maintained. We appreciated the ample supply of toiletries, towels, detergents& TPThe Management was very accommodating when asked if we could get in a little early and very quick to respond to questions. We would love to come back and stay there again sometime.

Perfect Weekend Getaway
I traveled to Breckenridge with a group of ladies to celebrate a birthday. We all had a fabulous time at this location! It’s close to downtown, has ample parking, great amenities, and is clean. We enjoyed relaxing by the hot tub, and walking through the neighborhood. Great stay, highly recommend.

Family Ski Trip
Our condo was perfect! Great space for a big group. A couple of different sitting rooms and enough space to find some down time. Close to bus routes for skiing. Close to downtown Breckenridge. Great management team that was very friendly and helpful. We highly recommend and will be back!

We had a few maintenance concerns when we got to the property, but the management group was very responsive and came to look at it during our stay and document it. We had a great time, location is close to town and a very easy drive or bus ride.

We enjoyed our stay. The hot tub was great. equipment storage in garage. nice little fire place in living room. we mostly had a great time. we had an extended power outage (boulder fires) and generally had a great trip. good time. value was just OK - but we stayed the week between Christmas and NYE so the most expensive time of the year.

Expensive but it was everything it said it would be. Very nice home. Equipped with everything you need for a week stay. We cook there ever night. Beds were very comfortable. Hot tub was nice.

We really enjoyed our stay for the week. The property was very clean and had humidifiers in every room. Loved that! Any issue we had the management was quick to send someone. The only bad thing was the hot tub bleached our black clothes. Weird. But no big deal. The neighborhood was clean and quiet. Will definitely save this listing for our next break stay!
